Here's official Shrewsbury PD report on Westborough Police Chief "Tito" Todd Minardi, found sleeping in a liquor store parking lot on Route 9 Friday.
Much you already know, but here are takeaways:
They found 2 bottles of Tito's Vodka, one empty, the other almost empty, in his unmarked Westborough PD cruiser with "ghost plates," meaning untraceable.
"His eyes were red, blood shot and glassy. His speech was slow, slurred and a strong odor of alcoholic beverage was coming from his breath."
"(Medic) asked what town we were in and Todd thought it was Grafton. He also asked how many quarters make a dollar and Todd, paused and struggled with answering and stated 25."
His wife said the chief had been missing 2 days.
