What a national disgrace! The judiciary, which should be the last refuge of the oppressed, must never become a political marketplace where justice is sacrificed on the altar of vested interests. The reported attempt by Justice Lifu to disqualify Wazirin Adamawa, Atiku Abubakar, and dissolve the entire ADC National Executive Council is an affront to democracy and an insult to millions of Nigerians demanding change. Let nobody mistake our presence at the Kebbi State campaign flag-off for fear, weakness or surrender. We are here to mobilise Nigerians, but when we leave Kebbi, our voices will rise even louder against this judicial absurdity. We will challenge this injustice through every lawful democratic means, expose every abuse of power and refuse to allow political interests to turn our courts into instruments of persecution. Nigeria is not anyone's private estate, democracy is not for sale, and no black robe is above accountability. Tinubu Must Go! THE OFFICIAL FLAG-OFF OF THE ADC PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN IN SOKOTO TODAY. 4th November 2027. Today, I stood before thousands of energized Nigerian youths in the historic city of Sokoto and addressed the mammoth crowd at the flag-off. I had the honour of sharing the stage alongside H.E. Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, H.E. Rotimi Amaechi, Senator David Mark, Senator Aminu Tambuwal and other esteemed leaders of our coalition. When I took the microphone, my message was clear and unwavering: We refuse to let our future be mortgaged. We demand security, transparent leadership, real economic opportunities and human dignity. I told them the destiny of Nigeria belongs in our hands, not in the grip of failed leadership. The response was electric, and the chant that shook the arena was unmistakable: Tinubu Must Go! Sokoto has spoken, and the message is clear - the journey to reclaim Nigeria in 2027 has officially begun. #AtikuInSokoto #AtikuAmaechi2027 #ADCCampaignFlagOff #NigeriaDecides2027 Balarabe Rufai ADC National Youth Leader - Balarabe Rufa'i 4th November, 2026

SOKOTO CROWD REJECTS TINUBU’S HARDSHIP, EMBRACES ATIKU’S AFFORDABILITY AGENDA — ADC The African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential Campaign Council has described the overwhelming reception accorded to its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, in Sokoto on Wednesday as a powerful expression of public anger with the Tinubu administration and growing support for the ADC’s promise to make life affordable again. The ADC campaign train was flagged off in Sokoto amid a mammoth crowd that lined the route from Sultan Muhammad III International Airport to the party’s state secretariat. The motorcade took three and a half hours to reach the rally venue as men and women, young and old, including mothers, gathered to welcome and accompany Atiku. In several parts of the city, work came to a standstill. People left their offices and abandoned their daily activities to join the procession and attend the rally. This was not a crowd assembled by inducement. It was a spontaneous turnout by Nigerians who are struggling with the cost of food, transport, fuel and other basic necessities. The attempts to frustrate the rally only deepened public resentment. The Sokoto State Government denied the ADC access to public facilities requested for the campaign flag-off, while obstacles were placed in the path of the party’s legitimate campaign activities. The federal government and its APC allies should understand that denying people a venue cannot suppress their political choices. In Sokoto, those efforts backfired: the people came out in even greater numbers and made their voices heard. At the rally, Atiku reaffirmed his commitment to tackling the cost-of-living crisis and restoring hope to households and businesses. His plan includes a targeted, production-based subsidy for qualifying petroleum products refined in Nigeria. By tying support to domestic production, the policy will help bring down the cost of fuel and ease the pressure that high transport and energy costs place on food prices and family budgets. The ADC’s message is clear: Nigerians deserve a government that makes life more affordable, supports local production and responds to the hardship people face every day. When you have a message that connects with the people, you do not need to rent a crowd. The people show up on their own. Signed, Phrank Shaibu Director of Strategic Communication ADC Presidential Campaign Council. 4th November, 2026

It has been hours since His Excellency Atiku Abubakar landed in Sokoto. What should ordinarily be a 10-minute drive to the venue of the Atiku/Amaechi Presidential Campaign flag-off has turned into a three-hour journey, all because of the massive crowd of enthusiastic youths who have taken over the streets. The message from Sokoto is unmistakable: Tinubu Must Go!

NOVEMBER 3, 2026 PRESS STATEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ADC WARNS SOKOTO STATE GOVERNMENT: YOU CANNOT INTIMIDATE US - Says Governor will be held personally responsible for violence against opposition. The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has warned the Sokoto State Government against continued interference with the party’s campaign activities in the state, declaring that the State Governor will be held personally responsible for any violence against the opposition in his state. In a statement signed by Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, the ADC condemned what it described as a growing spate of political obstruction in Sokoto State as the opposition party prepares to launch its campaign in the State, describing such actions as a deliberate attempt to intimidate the opposition and undermine the democratic rights of Nigerians. “The Sokoto State Government must understand that governing a State does not confer ownership. Public office is a temporary mandate from the people, not a licence to suppress political competition. No governor has the power to decide which party can campaign, which candidate can speak, or which political choices the people of Sokoto are allowed to consider,” the party said. The ADC described the alleged interference with its campaign activities as political sabotage and a direct assault on the constitutional rights of opposition parties to organise and mobilise support ahead of the elections. “We call on the Sokoto State Government to immediately end all efforts to frustrate our lawful political activities and guarantee a level playing field for all political parties. We also remind security agencies and other public institutions that their responsibility is to the Constitution and the Nigerian people, not to the political interests of the party in power.” The party warned that public officials who abuse their authority and obstruct lawful political activities must be prepared to face the consequences of their actions under the law, no matter how long it takes. “Let there be no misunderstanding. The ADC will campaign in Sokoto State. We will not be intimidated, obstructed or pushed out of any part of Nigeria simply because those in power are afraid of political competition. Democratic participation is not a privilege to be granted by a governor. It is a right guaranteed by the Constitution.” The ADC further stated that the growing intolerance of the ruling party towards opposition activities reflects its fear of facing the electorate in a free and fair contest. “If the ruling party believes it has served the people well, it should have nothing to fear from an open contest. Intimidation cannot manufacture public support, and obstruction cannot take away the people’s right to choose their leaders. The people of Sokoto, like all Nigerians, deserve the opportunity to listen to competing ideas and make their own decisions.” The party called on its members, supporters and the people of Sokoto State to remain peaceful and law-abiding, while insisting that it would continue to defend its right to campaign freely in every part of the country. “The future of Sokoto belongs to the people of Sokoto, not to any governor or political party. No government has the right to veto democracy,” the statement concluded. SIGNED: Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi National Publicity Secretary African Democratic Congress (ADC)

Upon our arrival in Sokoto State, we were welcomed by an electrifying crowd of young people, proudly led by Hon. Sabiu Yusuf (The North West Zonal Youth Leader of the ADC) and the State Youth Leader, Comrade Yakubu Musa. Despite attempts to frustrate our arrangements through sealed gates, cancelled reservations and alleged midnight threats, the spirit of these young people remained unbroken. What we witnessed was more than a welcome. It was a clear declaration that no amount of intimidation can silence a generation determined to reclaim its future. Tomorrow, 4 November, we take our message directly to the people of Sokoto. We are not coming to beg for political space; we are coming to organise, mobilise and build the political force capable of sending Tinubu and the APC government packing in 2027. With the leadership of His Excellency Atiku Abubakar, GCON, and Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, we are determined to challenge a government that has imposed unbearable hardship on millions of Nigerians. The Nigerian people deserve better, and they must have the opportunity to choose better. Let nobody mistake our patience for weakness or our peaceful mobilisation for fear. The ADC is growing, the youth are organising, and the appetite for political change is unmistakable. Sokoto has spoken tonight, and tomorrow we take that message to every corner of the state. Tinubu must go. The struggle for a better Nigeria continues, and we are ready for the task. Balarabe Rufai ADC National Youth Leader 3rd November, 2026

Ahead of the forthcoming campaign flag-off and working visit of the National Youth Leadership and Presidential Campaign Council, we have formally approved and formally ratified the ADC Presidential Campaign Council Youth Mobilisation Directorates and State Working Committees in Kebbi, Zamfara and Sokoto States. These appointments are therefore not merely the distribution of political positions. They are part of the work of building organised structures, strengthening grassroots participation and ensuring that young people have a meaningful place in the political process. We must organise beyond social media, reach every ward and community, and build a movement grounded in courage, discipline and democratic participation. I congratulate all the appointed Zonal and State Directors, Chairmen, Secretaries and members of the respective committees. The responsibility before you is enormous. Let nobody mistake our commitment to democratic participation for weakness. Our response to intimidation must be lawful, organised and resolute. We shall continue to defend the right of every Nigerian to participate in politics without fear, threat or persecution. The struggle for democratic participation cannot be outsourced. The responsibility to organise begins now. Comrade Balarabe Rufa'i National Youth Leader, African Democratic Congress (ADC) Director, Youth Mobilisation, Atiku/Amaechi Presidential Campaign Council

The reported attack on our governorship candidate in Sokoto State, Hon. Munir Dan’iya Yesterday's Night, is a disgraceful act of political barbarism and an assault on democracy. We condemn in the strongest terms the alleged deployment of Sokoto Community Guards and Community Marshals to barricade entry routes, hunt down our candidate, smash his vehicles with stones and unleash gunfire against his convoy. Even more outrageous is the reported seizure and disarming of two DSS personnel attached to him. This is not law enforcement; it is the alleged weaponisation of public security institutions against political opponents. Those entrusted with protecting citizens cannot become political attack dogs for those in government. Let the Sokoto State Government understand one fundamental truth: Sokoto is not a private estate, and its citizens are not political prisoners. No governor owns the roads, the airports or the state. No government has the right to determine which political party a citizen may wear, support or associate with. If these allegations are true, those who planned, authorised and executed this operation must be held accountable. We demand an immediate investigation by the Inspector-General of Police and the Director-General of the DSS, the recovery of the detained personnel and their weapons, and the prosecution of everyone found culpable. Public funds must not be used to finance political thuggery. To those who believe that stones, bullets, roadblocks and hired intimidation can drive the ADC out of Sokoto, you have picked the wrong fight. You can smash a vehicle, but you cannot smash the will of the people. You can barricade a road, but you cannot barricade democracy. You can intimidate a candidate, but you cannot outlaw political opposition. Let nobody mistake our commitment to peace for fear, or our restraint for surrender. We will confront political oppression with the full weight of the law, public resistance and democratic mobilisation. The days when political power could be used to frighten citizens into submission must end. I call on ADC members and Nigerian youths, particularly in Sokoto, to remain calm, vigilant and resolute. Do not retaliate or give political merchants of violence an excuse to unleash further chaos. Document every threat, expose every abuse and defend your democratic rights peacefully. To the perpetrators and their political sponsors, our message is simple: The ADC has come to stay! We are not seeking permission from anyone to exist, organise or contest elections. Nigeria belongs to all of us, and Sokoto belongs to its people. No government, no matter how desperate, can intimidate its way into owning the future of an entire people. So, Tinubu will subsidise federal government workers’ transportation with ₦70,000 for six months. And after those six months, what happens? Will they start trekking to work again? 😂 And for the millions of Nigerians who aren’t government workers, are we supposed to fast and pray our way through your remaining three months in office? Is this governance or a six-month survival experiment? TINUBU MUST GO!

Imagine Common @dayoisrael, the APC National Youth Leader, reportedly shared 7 brand-new 2026 Prado SUVs at the alleged cost of ₦165 million per unit, totalling over ₦1.1 billion. Meanwhile, millions of Nigerian youths are struggling with hunger, unemployment and poverty under @officialABAT Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration. Dayo Israel is also the Chairman of the Federal Medical Centre in Abeokuta, which has been alleged to have ZERO MRI machines. An average MRI machine is claimed to cost $250,000 (₦375 million), meaning the 7 SUVs could purchase 3 MRI machines at that estimated price. While sick Nigerians struggle to access healthcare, APC leaders are celebrating luxury vehicles! These SUVs are not a true representation of Nigerian youths! President Tinubu, Nigerians deserve an explanation of who funded these vehicles. For the Records, even the Prime Minister of the UK cannot dare simply share 2026 Toyota Prados without facing serious questions, and the UK is a member of the G7, consisting of seven major advanced economies, yet in Nigeria and Ordinary Dayo could! The APC Under Tinubu stopped paying subsidy and started buying Prado. Macroeconomic una! President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Nigerians were told to endure hardship, accept fuel subsidy removal and make sacrifices for the economy. Yet, while ordinary families struggle to survive, your ruling party is celebrating expensive SUVs. And somehow, we are expected to believe that "It's the opposition that created hunger and poverty." What an insult to the intelligence of suffering Nigerians! Even within the APC, some of those angry with Dayo Israel may simply be angry because they didn't get their own share. They feel unrated, na why them dey vex! Why are they acting like what just happened is new with the APC government style? President Tinubu, economic sacrifice must begin with political leaders, not hungry citizens! And to the young Nigerians still defending this political extravagance, look carefully: "Your mates are getting 2026 Prados, but you're celebrating taking pictures with ST and wearing a face cap. Some of you were created to serve." What a painful description of how political patronage can reduce young people to spectators in their own future! Nigerian youths were not created to carry banners, defend failed policies and celebrate the privileges of politicians while their own dreams collapse. We deserve jobs, education, healthcare and genuine opportunities, not political handouts and empty promises. Bola Tinubu and the APC must answer for this culture of extravagance. Nigerians deserve accountability, and 2027 must be an opportunity to reject wasteful leadership! Bola @officialABAT, your campaign spokesman has admitted that ministers paid billions in bribes to secure their appointments. You appointed them, so who received the money? Nigerians deserve names, not silence. Your government’s reckless decisions have driven the cost-of-living crisis.
