If the NHL had 4 more teams that play like the Panthers the league could gain a boat load more in revenue. I haven’t watched 1 boring period out of them this season. Scoring, saucer passing, fighting, hitting, chirping, cheap shots, chaos, line brawls, Maurice emotions constantly, unreal post game pressers. The list goes on. It’s theatre every night.

Unlike at past NHL Drafts, the Stanley Cup Champions did not receive a single public congratulations from any of the other 31 NHL teams. So what gives? "No one likes us," Bill Zito joked when I asked after the draft. #TimeToHunt story @TheHockeyNews ⬇️ thehockeynews.com/nhl/florid…

Does anyone else think it’s odd that not a single team has congratulated the Panthers on winning the Cup? It took ESPN until the fifth round of the draft to mention it.

Here in the U.S., Florida's 2-1 win over Edmonton on Monday night was the fifth most-watched Game 7 of a Stanley Cup Final in the last 60 years. sportico.com/business/media/…

O (No) Canada! While the Oilers fought their way out of a 3-0 hole, the Panthers would not be denied their moment of glory.

I am glad they expressed how they actually feel. Thorty let him know straight up. That had to hurt RA. Thorty is a Boston legend. #TimeToHunt

RA with a brilliant psychological experiment.  What happens when you dance around Edmonton celebrating Oilers goals like he worked for the team and then try to cozy up to the Panthers? @RearAdBsBlog @spittinchiclets

Might be one of the best stories from Wyshynski. Not just because the Panthers won, but because was a very accurate portrayal of the team's highs and lows and what it truly took to reach the top of the mountain and claim ultimate success. Nicely done, #TimeToHunt @FlaPanthers

Every Stanley Cup Final, I get a chance to write The Big Story At The End. So as the @FlaPanthers celebrate their first Cup, my look back at 30 years of pain, embarrassment and finally triumph through the eyes of players and, most importantly, the fans. espn.com/nhl/story/_/id/4035…

It's incredible how every single smart, progressive thing the Panthers have done in the last two seasons has the Bobrovsky contract dragged behind them, holding the franchise back.

From a hospital bed yesterday to a game 7 win in the Stanley Cup Finals tonight, it’s been an helluva ride this season. More to say later, but tonight was the icing on the cake after 30 years of being a fan of this team. #TimeToHunt

For those crying about the Panthers losing and bemoaning the unfairness, try having perspective. It’s a sports team. The agony and ecstasy of being a fan is part and parcel of the journey. You’re not suffering a life-threatening disease. So buck up and enjoy it for what it is.

Halfway through the second period and Lomberg is the only Panthers forward who has recorded a shot on goal. The other five shots from defensemen. That’s unacceptable.

I don’t know what is going on with Verhaeghe, but he doesn’t look like the same guy we saw all season. Don’t know if it’s an injury or something else, but he’s way off his game. It’s become a problem.

This is now the second time today I’ve had a power outage at my home. No rain, no wind, no weather issues of any sort. FPL picked a great day to be incompetent. Three hours to puck drop for game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals.
