The tweet's framing as “security incident” is alarmist imo. The real issue (and the article takeaway) is the model deciding on its own that using a public test recovery phrase was fine, then not mentioning it. Still not a big deal given it's likely using well-known dev phrases
Even looking at the CoT, it only went ahead because it judged the funds as abandoned test ETH on a valueless network (i.e. sepolia). Ideally it still shouldn’t make that call since Sepolia should still be considered a live testing environment (even if the tokens are worthless)

Feel like this news is a nothing burger. Public recovery phrases like "test test test test test test test test test test test junk" are only meant for local testing (e.g. Anvil). They shouldn't be used on public networks, though some devs still do it anyway against public advice
