Right, that's not really answered my question. I'm happy to have a conversation if you're actually going to give cogent reasons, but that's a cop out. Which is really what the problem ultimately is, that people won't just admit they fucked up and own it
Yes, which is why more measures should be put in place to try and control the numbers in the train. It's not really good enough, it's not like they don't know it's a Friday during summer holidays or that Edinburgh Festival is on.
I'm not saying it's a complete solution, I'm saying that would eliminate a huge part of the problem. Saying that someone may go 1 stop or 11 isn't really a valid excuse for packing the train out from the off & having dozens & dozens of people standing, without even giving water
There are cameras throughout the train to see the overcrowding and staff at every station, if the train is overcrowded, use your staff to control the capacity of the carriages. That would eliminate a huge part of the problem.
Can you deliver water to carriage C as well? Everyone is pretty dehydrated and thirsty, here
@LNER you should be giving out water on this train to #Edinburgh to those people who you sold tickets to, knowing there wouldn't be enough seats. Those standing are roasting in the heat.
