I'm spending a lot of my own time on Coinbase app quality right now.
There are lots of pieces that add up: instances where it's unclear why funds are on hold, making it simpler to get through ID checks, app startup times/speed, an error that doesn't tell you what went wrong, a button that leads to a dead end.
Fixes are rolling out over the next few releases. If something in the app frustrated you recently, reply and tell me. My agents and I are reading them.

I've changed how I work over the last few weeks.
I now have one lead agent for each area of focus, running all the time, and a chief of staff agent that oversees them. Each lead manages its own sub-agents that write code, test it, chase reviews, and coordinate with team members.
Everything I need to decide or review comes into one prioritized queue, a simple local web app. Each product review includes screenshots and a video demo of the feature. I clear the queue in batches, mostly by voice and keyboard shortcuts. The leads also bring back ideas I hadn't considered.
Working from one queue, instead of switching between dozens of chats, has cut a lot of mental overhead. The system keeps learning my preferences and distilling my judgment into a "Brian brain," so its recommendations and first drafts get better before they reach me. The goal is fewer corrections per change.
Every change still goes through the same human review and security checks. It is eliminating tasks, not human judgment.
What an exciting time to push the frontier of productivity, especially as we build the economy for agents (agentic finance). We should all keep pushing in this direction.

Aero is Getting Aggressive With its Token Burns
Aero (@aeroxyz) has carried out another $AERO buyback and burn, removing 233,000 tokens.
It was the second such operation last week. The AeroFoundation says its Momentum Fund adjusts purchases according to market conditions rather than following a fixed schedule.
The strategy has already been tested. Aero's predecessor, the Public Goods Fund, bought back 8.7 million AERO across 13 epochs.
During peak volatility, weekly purchases reached the equivalent of 27.5% of that week's token issuance.
The Momentum Fund holds more sAERO than any other participant in the ecosystem.
Rather than selling its holdings, it puts them to work in markets and earns exchange revenue. The income can then support buybacks, burns, or ecosystem contributors.
