I’m pretty psychic sensitive and this meditation session hit different. This is what I remember :
I looked in the mirror. It wasn’t me running the body anymore. I just said “get your life together.”
Went into the shower and my vision went black. Then I was seeing myself from outside, like a third-person view, with this pulsating electric blue outline of my body. An electric voice said “you are ascending, keep calm.”
So I started praying to Jesus and spinning in a circle under the water, just saying “Jesus Christ send me good luck” over and over for like 10-15 minutes.
Then another voice came from above me. It was an African woman. She said “you are in control,” blessed me, and told me “water consume you, spirit of the bear consume you.”
Next thing I knew I was a bear inside a human body. I started moving like one, just copying the mannerisms.
The voice came back and said “water consume you, spirits consume you, stars consume you.”
I stayed like that until I turned the shower off.
Once the water stopped I came back to normal.
