+750 applications. 5 days left. 10 spots. Some important info about vouches and how we review 💎 Take @floridapearl_ as an example. She's the most vouched applicant so far with 6 vouches. Left is the member view, what every GEM sees: her card, X, Discord age, and vouch count. Right is the team view. It has a lot more detail, and her full profile is open to me and the team for review. How vouching works: (many asking) ❓ - Go to vault.alphagems.io/join?tab=…, find the name, and you get 3 vouches ✅ and 5 flags 🚩 - Max is 3 vouches because we're only taking 10 people - Who you vouch for is hidden on purpose. We know some people get pressured or abused for vouches, so no pressure on anyone - Vouch weight depends on your role: Temp 1x, GEM 3x, Honorary 4x, Council 5x Privacy 🛡️ - Nobody can see the flags, only me & team - Nobody can see the wallets, so no one gets doxxed - You can still see each applicant's wallet rank, called "BAG" (collector, holdings, NFTs, etc.), here: vault.alphagems.io/join?tab=… How we decide 📝 - We look at a lot of other metrics that stay hidden - Vouches don't guarantee entry. They're a boost that helps me and the team spot you in the crowd - Picking 10 out of 760+ is not easy, but we'll try our best to make the right call Would love to get you all in, but it's impossible without ruining the community we built. Didn't get vouched? Don't feel bad. It's a lot of people, and there's a new round every month 💜 GEMS ON TOP 💎

GEMs support GEMS 💎 GEMs give back to GEMS 💎 Really proud of the culture we built 💜 Just this month, so many GEM members have raffled money back to the community. I even had to tell some of them: “No, please make more money first, then give back” ❌ Everyone is always trying to help. When someone gets hacked or takes a big loss, GEMS step up and support them. We literally have the best community & the best culture. Hella proud of my people 💜💜

242 applications in ~3 hours ✅ Happy to see GEMs loved their cards; each one was carefully tailored 💜 Shoutout to @tulipxbt for the great work and @bit__wolf for the smooth website 🤍 Don't rush future GEMs; you still have 7 days ⌛️ It's gonna be a bit tough to filter it down to 10, but we'll try our best 🙏 GEMS ON TOP 💎

My @0xAlphaGEMs Q3 card just dropped 💎 Every GEM has a card now with their Q3 numbers - vault.alphagems.io/members/s… And if you think you belong in the cave, go apply ✅
