Black Americans sit down to eat at Maroma Restaurant in Dallas, Texas
The waiter informs them that she cannot serve them alcohol because they smell like marijuana
The woman loses her mind and starts claiming discrimination
Under Texas law, you can lose your alcohol license if you serve alcohol to someone intoxicated by marijuana. You can also face other serious penalties
So this restaurant owner is not discriminating or being racist like what’s being claimed by the people sitting at this table, the restaurant just doesn’t want to lose their license to sell alcohol
Other Dallas restaurants have been documented as doing the same thing, they refuse service to protect their licenses
It’s not about discrimination like these people claim

Surrounded by applauding women, Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey signed a sweeping abortion bill Monday that removes the state’s gestational age limit, giving health care providers greater discretion to perform abortions later in pregnancy.
The law replaces the state’s previous general restriction on abortions after 24 weeks, with limited exceptions, and is set to take effect in 90 days.
Massachusetts becomes the 10th state to remove gestational age limits on abortion, according to the report.

Big news: No tax means no registration.

It would actually be cheaper and safer to lock up every black and turn society membership into something they get a chance to earn every 5 years instead of dealing with this.
The Walgreens at 9th and Market was hit again by thieves this afternoon. You can see multiple people try to bust open the plexiglass shelves, kicking and prying them open. The store was also targeted yesterday.
Within about the hour the Walgreens at 1st and Mission was hit in a similar fashion. An employee says the individuals take mostly shampoo/body care and makeup.
One guard told my photographer if he did so much as touch one of the suspects he’d be fired. #SanFrancisco

He was looking at 78 years.
He pleaded to the charges.
He completed a “youthful offender” rehab plan… and walked free with zero prison time.
His dad is a former Oklahoma State football director.
The new DA said the defense claimed the *perpetrator* suffered more than the victims and called it an “affront.” He’s referring the case to federal prosecutors.
