🚨Update: Pearland, Texas and ALPR
I filed a Texas Public Information Act request with Pearland PD for its Flock license plate camera records. They sent 153 files. Here's what's in them, and what's not.
What they released:
A 2023 Flock contract for 31 cameras at $77,500 a year for 5 years, plus a Real Time Crime Center order at $100K a year
About $637K in Flock invoices. Order forms that include Flock's Nationwide Network and Direct Share
A policy that says camera data is purged after 30 days unless it's evidence
Monthly search audits from Jan 2022 to Aug 2026
What the audits show: in 2022, Pearland's searches stayed local. Starting in 2023, searches reached other networks. By 2025-26, single searches were hitting 6,500+ networks nationwide. Officers also ran searches for Brazoria County, Houston PD, Texas DPS, and others.
In the Q2 2026 supervisor review, 13 of 96 searches were never marked as checked.
What they didn't give me:
A list of where the cameras are
Any data-sharing agreements
Any record of which outside agencies searched Pearland's cameras
Grant records
Vendor emails
No cover letter, and no explanation for any of it.
I've asked for every missing item or a written statement that the records don't exist. If they want to withhold something, the law gives them 10 business days to ask the Attorney General.
Your city is paying for this. You have a right to know who's looking.

The ones currently there. I want the role so I can unfetter them. Full stop. Actual free speech, not the curated version where some topics, images, or satire get pre-blocked while others slide.
If the company claims to be the free speech platform, the guidelines should match that instead of quietly deciding what users are allowed to joke about, depict, or discuss.
If you’re hiring for that, I’m in. If the guidelines stay locked the way they are, say so out loud.
🚨Update: The “Network” is BIG!!!
Randall County just released the Flock order. 15 cameras: 13 Falcon, 1 Flex, 1 long-range. $61,950 year one, $47,500 a year after that. 30-day retention on the form. Invoices, grant records, and the rest still missing. I already asked.
Lewisville released a partial. 30 Flock cameras. They share with 372 of 703 networks, including U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Kansas KBI, and Union Pacific Railroad police. They also pull camera data from Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Academy. Motorola contract runs 2022–2027. The rest of the contracts and the payment records are going to the AG.
The grid is not local. One city’s cameras feed the nationwide mesh, and retail cameras feed the city. The 30-day claim is on the paper. The network list is the actual system.

Carter is the same judge who THREW OUT the DOJ's voter-roll lawsuit against California, and wouldn't let the DOJ refile it
Two weeks before Election Day, the fate of 20,000 ballots now sits with a judge who's already sided with California cheaters!

Let me break down what I'm seeing and hearing here from DR.
I don't know DR's source for these materials , but they appear completely legit and are profoundly disturbing.
These are leading members of the Democrat Party hatching up the following strategy:
1. After the midterms, use the DSA to incite and carry out violent civil unrest.
2. Make the violent civil unrest so bad that Trump must invoke the Insurrection Act.
3. Use the invocation of the Insurrection Act to create a national sense of illegitimacy whereby Democrat governors appear justified in taking the extreme action of refusing to acknowledge federal authority and push to form a new form of federal government via various means, including an Article V transformation of the Constitution.
Maybe there is more to this and it's not as bad as it seems, but right now this appears to be a conspiracy to create the next Fort Sumter.
This is a CIA-style color revolution in real time, on our own soil.
(Of course the legacy media is nowhere near this--it takes us Internet randos to get the word out.)
