As a result of our #digitalchampiontraining with @LinkingLeeds, one social prescriber is now linked with @TheTechLadder1 and just received 2 laptops for patients in Seacroft enabling them to access support for their mental health. @TheTechLadder1 you’re amazing thank you! 😊
