In response to the sad news of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II all classes have held a short assembly in respect of her life and service to the country. We offer our deepest condolences to The Royal Family.
Welcome back! It’s been lovely to see everyone back in school.
Classrooms have been busy with a wonderful hub of settling in as
new routines become established. The children are enjoying
learning about their new class animals and their author focus for
this term.

We were so lucky to have a virtual visit from the North Pole. Santa read us a story, answered our questions and even sang a song with us! We watched the snow fall outside his house and it was truly magical to see Santa in his home.
As part of enterprise week, our children have been busily making Christmas gifts ready to sell. These will be available to buy from classrooms on 8th December. This is a selection of what has been made so far 🎄

Every class has their own raffle prize of goodies to be won.
Raffle tickets are on sale from your Class Teacher this week, £1.00 per strip. Raffle will be drawn at the end of term. Good luck and thank you for your support!
As part of Walk to School Week we have been talking about road safety.
We learned that there are 4 main rules:
Stop
Look
Listen
Think
Outside we practiced walking sensibly across a pedestrian crossing. The children then had a lovely afternoon of being police and drivers.
Hatching at Beeches
