Y5 had a brilliant Forest School session today—working together, exploring nature, and learning around the fire. Mud under boots, rain whispering low, yet in our circle small bright flames grow. Sticks crack, sparks dance, warmth in the grey— nature and fire teaching us today.

Year 3 have been creating their own plants from junk in English, and then writing about what makes their plant unusual. Some extremely creative ideas, and thankfully they don’t exist in real life! This is all from our module on the ‘Wilderness’ story book. 🌱🪴🫛
