Something that fills me with a lot of optimism and energy for the future:
There’s a significant intersection in the groups of people who love (not just using) Perplexity (web research), Notion (knowledge base and editor for work), Arc (modern browser), Raycast (modern launcher or toolbar). Possibilities are endless in how users can benefit from delightful consumer and prosumer products built by non tech giants!

We think of our PKM systems are "Obsidian" or "Notion" or "Evernote".
But PKM is everything around you, especially your internet browser.
And browsers can be so much better.
Finally, there is a better one. @browsercompany

I love the closing comment...
This article was written by a real human, using his own brain to fuel ideas and creativity. I hope the AI summarization you ran against it does it justice.

1. After learning that Twitter employs at least 15 former FBI agents, I searched Facebook. What I found is alarming
Facebook currently employs at least 115 people, in high-ranking positions, that formerly worked at FBI/CIA/NSA/DHS:
17 CIA
37 FBI
23 NSA
38 DHS

With the recent explosion in personal knowledge management tools, it is hard to know which one fits your needs the best. This week, @MacSparky and @ismh talk through @obsdmd, which builds on top of plain, old-fashioned Markdown documents.
