Curious, why PA when you’re in CA. Also, depending on area, &5k per acre, with or w/o structures is a good thermometer.

A couple of months doesn’t seem crazy for a busy solo practitioner. Trying to get my head around different barriers/learning curve to test ROI for time for solo/small firms with limited bandwidth/resources.

Objectively true in my experience. The single year that all 4 of my kids attended the same school building compared to other options (homeschool, cyber, in person performing arts charter 2 hrs away) was far more stressful (logistically, financially, socially, educationally) than any other time in their upbringing all around. Time (wasted) is a big part of that.

Not to mention how seniors are burdened and exploited by bulk mail and spam solicitations. It’s a literal hazard.

No matter how much content you make in whatever form (written, audio, video) that answers the exact question, people want to be handheld through the process or told(handed) the answer. It’s a predicament when you truly want to add value and educate but peeps don’t try .
