I think I should stop trading Asian session while lying on my bed.
I would just be moving around my room for no reason. and pay proper attention to my chart.
Because I realised I missed good trades on the three pairs I trade. Funny enough I already did the bias of this trades before going to bed.

Ohhhhhhhh how could i forget.
A year ago on this same app i celebrated myself and promised myself growth.
A year ago i did this with just less than 200 followers and no payout, funded account or challenge account.
I only had a name i wanted to build with “CARAMEL” and my three C’s- Confidence,Chart and Consistency 😊
A year later mama you grew🥹
You have almost 4 thousand people fucking with you
Yeah i know you stepped back sometimes but you are still here.
Now you’ve had multiple payouts and you’re almost $200k funded too.
You also got deep into the matrix…you got partnerships offered to you and you’re working with one of the good firms out there too @EquityEdgeUK 😊🥺
Within this year you didn’t think anything changed but a lot did.
Your psychology changed really well and good too.
A year ago you didn’t know what would happen next, you just decided to come out of your shell and do something different.
Congratulations mamaaa you made it count
Cheers to more years ahead and the obvious growth that’s coming with it
Thank you X for the balloons, they’re pretty
