I constantly hear so many misconceptions about Long COVID, and it's always a bit surprising. Because you would think a condition that the average person puts themselves at high risk of getting would be something that people have read up on. So maybe I can clear a few things up:

After we released Cosmic Cadets last year, my partner transitioned and changed their name. Obviously, the books that are already out there can't be corrected, and that's fine. It is what it is. Book 2 will have their name on it, and we thought that was the best we could do.
Except! Earlier this week, our extraordinary editor at @topshelfcomix reached out to let us know that if we get another printing, we can change the cover then. And in the meantime, they could update the book's metadata.
As of this morning, every online listing should display my partner's real name. I can't express how much this means, and it wasn't even something we knew we could ask for. It was just good folks doing what they can to make a kinder world.

With a certain store about to launch a sale of a bunch of marked down (from artificially marked up prices) stuff, allow me to point out that right now you can support indie bookstores and get free shipping from @Bookshop_Org.
And here's a thing you might consider getting with that free shipping, because all-ages sci-fi is a delight for all ages! bookshop.org/p/books/cosmic-…
