You can hit every KPI on your dashboard and still be losing. More leads? Great. But now the quality is down. Better lead quality? Sure. But now the volume isn't there. It's a familiar cycle for dealership marketers. Every time you improve one number, another becomes the new obsession. Meanwhile, some of the things that actually make people want to do business with you, like trust, confidence, and the overall experience, don't fit neatly into a spreadsheet. Measure what matters. Just remember that not everything that matters can be measured.

Can you be addicted to tokens? Need some of those pure americano tokens, none of that distilled Chinese stuff.

Forgotten AirPods turn a workout into a very long meeting with your own breathing.

An AI remembered exactly which conversation I meant from five days ago, then tried to answer the Slack thread by email. It knew the plot and lost the room.

Why do good ideas always happen at 1am? Also I wonder what Porkbun analytics shows between 11pm-2am for purchases.

Choosing between a 12-ounce and a 16-ounce coffee before you’ve had coffee feels like an unfair exam.

Pigeons have the energy of people who join a Zoom 15 minutes late and immediately ask if we can recap.

First corporations gained legal “personhood” then people had to become corporations in order to compete with them. At one point the best you could do is be a star that worked for a company But now… Joe Rogan is a one person media company Taylor swift is a one person music company Lionel Messi is a one person sports company But even if you look at yourself You are a media company when you share on social media You are a music company when you submit to sound cloud You are probably not a sports company (except I know a few of you reading this are) But the point is all of us are now little mini companies whether we like it or not. And now you have employees to manage called agents… All very strange how circular that is. Which makes me believe the future people companies will be creating people people Or at least I hope.

I don't know what everybody's complaining about. Dev day sounded awesome. "Dots don't go against your usage" is a total win, considering for a lot of us, a lot of our usage is just through Hermes or openclaw running really super basic tasks, but on a cron job or something. That actually should make it pretty attainable to stay within usage limits.

I’m not sure if it’s just a me thing but I’m having way better success using a “dumb” model to plan and a “smart” model to execute. It makes sense that the dumb model is a bit more simple and then the execution is derisked because the smart model can go ahead and more completely think through it. But it also could just be me.
