Without the proper inspections and certifications occurring, the wear and tear from the 4000psi at those depths was not being properly tracked & monitored. Arguably many items should’ve been replaced before/after each mission #oceangate
#oceangate skirts all country bylaws and requirements by not flying a flag on the vessel and because it is launched from a mothership it is able to milk several loopholes past proper safety inspections and certifications.
The launch is considered to occur in open seas.

#titan had disintegrating ballast weight that would release and raise the vessel. This is 1 of 7 safety systems in place. However if a current swept them into the ballroom and they were trapped & trying to maneuver out these could’ve packed them into the ceiling. #oceangate

Apparently the chosen viewport material is only rated for 1300 meters which was a major point of concern for the fired employee. This is far short of the nearly 4000 meter depth certification required for going the 3800 meters and that would be bare minimum #titan #oceangate
