The @EU_Commission estimates that eCall can:
⭕speed up emergency response times by 40% in urban areas and 50% in rural areas
⭕reduce the number of fatalities by at least 4% and severe injuries by 6%
But one significant outstanding issue remains to be fully resolved: callback.

Had the pleasure this week to visit STS, the org which handles all communications to 112 in 🇷🇴. They are pioneering the implementation of NG112 in 🇪🇺 and have also successfully deployed AML & RO-Alert. Also had great talks on training, comms w/public, psychological support...
Last month, when travelling to the US, I was not able to make any voice call. This means that I could not call my travel agency to deal with cancelled flights and more importantly this means that I wouldn't be able to call 911 in case I needed help. – at Bucharest, Romania

Assèchement en question au niveau de l'amont du lac de Serre-Ponçon, qui a perdu 3 mètres sur les 30 derniers jours.
