Why don't you just fix the door @LQHomesMatter & @Remus_Mgmt_Ltd? Residents pay you money in service charges for this. Should you even be in housing & property management business if you cannot FIX ONE DOOR in 2 months? What about your vision and mission to build quality homes?

100% agreed. If @LQHomesMatter manage the common parts as per Lease/tenancy agreement, it is their responsibility to address ASB/ prevention of ASB & any damage to common parts. How do gangs enter communal areas in the first place? Lack of secure entry system and CCTV?

Unfortunately they're only interested in the bottom line, profitability & pay packets. Don't worry @MrPellizzoni, there's a solid evidence bundle being compiled as we speak. They'll have visibility soon as to how shockingly bad we've all been treated. Then they'll have to act.
