"The Plaintiff promised to allow NewJeans to resume activities immediately upon the members' return, but with only four members remaining, there has been no proper activity. Was this statement made merely to win the previous case? Furthermore, while the Plaintiff is holding Danielle responsible for all of NewJeans' activities, they must provide a plan for how to proceed with the group's future. They still has not been able to announce the group's overall activities. Doesn't this suggest that Adore lacks the ability to manage NewJeans?"

belift and soumu's request had been denied by both the lower and higher courts. its now being appealed at the supreme court pending a decision.

The court has ordered the appraiser to submit the appraisal results and also served a formal legal notice to Ador's former head of business, Kim So-Hyung, ordering her to submit written testimony.
It appears that Judge Nam has grown tired of the delays and does not want any more time to be wasted.
