Much of this week has been about ways to act for the future from within all the groups I'm part of
One of these is @LibDems who I joined more because I identify as a liberal and a democrat than because of Brexit
This is where a small group of us got to - responses welcome

OK folks.. if you listen to @BBCPM, you will know we've been working up a list of things we can do to improve our political coverage. Here is the result. Note Number 10 - that we are not fixed on this list. #openpolitics

Dear @BBCNews can you please stop calling Tommy Robinson an 'anti-Islam campaigner'? You would (rightly) never call Oswald Mosley an 'anti-Jewish campaigner' yet their tactics of using marches and the media to intimidate minorities are remarkably similar

With current events, anyone else up for a bit more #moreincommon spirit? I think about our friend Jo everyday. I see her coat of arms in the Commons Chamber. I try to think about positive things I can do to bring people together. Who is with me? #lovelikeJo
The 20th century party system clearly no longer works for Britain. Great ideas from @pollymackenzie unherd.com/2019/03/time-to-s…
Boris will never back any deal (even no deal) because it’s in his interests for the UK to remain in the EU. He can then base a successful leadership campaign around the ‘betrayal’ and storm to victory. There are few emotions stronger than a sense of betrayal and victimhood
If we agree this deal – we face an even greater humiliation in the second phase. We must now discover some willingness to resist or the diet of capitulation is set to continue

Happy #InternationalWomensDay 43% of the MPs we work with are women from six different parties! Together, we make a real impact on politics and the future of our country. #BalanceforBetter #IWD2019 #WomensDay2019
In awe of the women like @AmberRuddHR who get this abuse every day, yet continue fighting even harder.
"You are a disgusting human being."
Ahead of #InternationalWomensDay, one of the most high profile politicians in the country, secretary of state @AmberRuddHR, reads some of the vile abuse she receives on a daily basis.
Amber Rudd reads some of the vile abuse she receives on a daily basis
Secretary of state Amber Rudd is one of the most high profile politicians in the country. She is subject to a level of abuse that most of her male colleagues do not have to put up with.
Fascinating. This trend seems to have happened regardless of Brexit
Incredible shift in immigration attitudes in @IpsosMORI trend surveys: 64% were negative about immigration in 2011, now down to 26%. We were among most negative countries, now among most positive
20 degrees in Febuary but MPs haven’t debated climate change for TWO YEARS!
Well done to @LaylaMoran and @CarolineLucas for getting it back on the agenda.
For the first time in TWO YEARS climate change is going to be debated on the floor of the House and I’m leading it! A huge thanks to my co-sponsor @CarolineLucas
And to all the young people out there - this is for you and your future! 🌍🔥
The first MP on paternity leave to be able to vote by proxy. Congratulations to everyone who helped make this happen @MoreUnitedUK
Delighted @AmberRuddHR isn’t held back by tribal boundaries and will continue to work with MPs not in her party #changepolitics
