Had an extremely bad experience in Dubai Got this torn note from @FABConnects ATM. Went to bank to replace denied, need to have account with them and told me to go to @centralbankuae and their official working hours are upto 12PM but denied entry at 10:50AM…1/2

Saying they are closed while working hours were till 12PM Went to @EmiratesNBD_AE to replace this note and they too denied. Now I am stuck with this AED 500 and I have return flight tomorrow. I am on tourist VISA. Not expecting this from @UAE @MOFUAE Anyone in UAE can help me?
