Pretty cool chat in the local pub tonight, chatting with our neighbour who turned on Eurosport this afternoon and caught the @MTBworldseries highlights from Nove Mesto. A first time MTB viewer who enjoyed it, can now reel off rider names and will be tuning in for the next one!🙌🏻
Ive not trained on my bike since January 2022… tonight i did my first ever spin class… ever. Does this mean i’m training again at heart rates i’ve not seen in over a year 😂😂
