Watching everyone at nets, playing shots to a perfect bounce every time, with no fielders about is quite amusing when they’re actually practising for the start of the season in April on damp pitches where even the bowlers don’t know what the ball will do.

Unfortunately we were broken into last night. The club tractor (a red Massey Ferguson 135), a Mountfield strimmer, Hayter mower, Draper Invertor Welder and Hedge Strimmer was stolen.
