Here @NYPDCentralPark Officer Valerio blatantly violated the civil rights of one of our contributors, who he observed openly taking photographs of vehicles with missing & defaced license plates in our "car-free" @CentralParkNYC.
Then he & others flatly refuse to enforce the law.
