Terrible year. The only positive thing is that I managed to stop myself from telling lots of people about all the bad stuff I went through. The privacy kinda made things better lmao.

I will never shame someone for how messy they were while trying to stay alive. Some of us didn’t get to heal beautifully. We healed however tf we could.

Can we talk about coming from a bloodline of spiritually gifted people but everyone was terrified of their gifts

Thank you for this. People are so ignorant.
I’ve been seeing conversations about Izingane Zes’thembu, particularly the speculation that Lwandle maybe neurodivergent or on the autism spectrum.
My issue isn’t necessarily with people noticing that someone may process things differently. It’s the stigma and ridicule that follow. Suddenly, he’s labelled dumb, slow, incapable of reasoning or unable to understand what’s happening around him.
Firstly, none of us knows whether he’s neurodivergent. He has not shared a diagnosis on tv. Secondly, even if he is, since when is neurodivergence synonymous with stupidity?
You can question someone’s decisions without attacking their cognitive abilities or turning perceived differences into a public spectacle. Neurodivergence is not an intellectual failing, and it’s certainly not entertainment for public ridicule. #IzinganeZesthembu

Sometimes a small accommodation can make the difference between someone merely surviving their workday and actually thriving. What hurts most is that she had spent two years suffering in silence because she feared being judged. Compassion begins when we stop dismissing what we don’t personally understand.

so many things changes at once which I know are going to be blessings but damn life moves so so fast and sometimes it takes time for you to truly catch up to it.

Sometimes as a mom. A vuil hart is what blocks your own children's pathways.
When you're a mom.
Be careful with your tongue, your heart and tone.❤️

Nobody prepares you for how much quieter you become in your 30s ! You stop needing to be seen, chosen, understood or validated ! You just want to feel rested, regulated, grounded & at peace !
Remember this??? Thanks to you guys, I got hold of Department of basic education.Turns out their unclear policies DID infact infringe on my child’s rights..they were actually held accountable! They can gaslight me all they want but umthetho? Will definitely hold you accountable 🙏🏾

Whenever a car stops to let me cross the road, I start waving, saying “thank you” and running like my life depends on it because I need that driver to know I’m a grateful, well mannered 12/10 pedestrian.😭😭😭😭

Life can be incredibly difficult that it literally shocks you into silence. Coming back up for air; to find your voice again to articulate your feelings can seem impossible. Your silence didn’t/won’t save you — We almost lost you in silence, may you heal loudly & gloriously🤍✨

My mom's worst nightmare became a reality this morning, we had to rush her off to hospital and dear reader, I was beyond exhausted last night and left the dishes as is.

The girlies are still going to suffer from that “he won’t do that to me” mentality. Beloved, he will do that to you. He was a pathetic partner to two women. You watched him with the whole nation, and somehow thought uzokuphatha kahle wena wedwa?
Aunty will always talk sense enganeni kaBhuti wayo bakithi..
But Masethi "thina soma no Mpumelelo ngoba ulenzile iqiniso" haaawu kanjani manjee🤔😂
