Irl the death penalty makes criminals more likely to kill witnesses or victims and fight harder to not get arrested. The way crime has shown to be solved is rehabilitation and addressing why crime happens like poverty and lack of opportunity or education which Bruce is doing

When it comes to extreme rape of children idk how you would be wrongfully convicted without an entire court and jury and family being paid off. Wrongful convictions come with and attempt at law and order but the tech we have today has helped it. DNA evidence has come a long way

The amount of people exonerated from dna evidence 40 plus years later is crazy and most those wrongful convictions were based in racism or personal hatred not government conspiracy again the gov doesn't leave people jail they want dead lol
