Ever wished you could keep your @farmingseasonio running while you're busy doing other things? 👀🌾 Farming Season's new AI farm assistant caught my attention because it can handle a lot of the daily farm work, even when the game is closed! 🤖 It can harvest and replant crops, feed animals, collect their products, pick fruit, gather village income, and empty the Mine and Oil Well. It can even play Arena battles, although those runs don't count toward leaderboards, the cup, or the daily challenge. 💡 What I find interesting is that you can choose which jobs it handles, what crops it plants, and how much energy it leaves for you. So there's still some planning involved instead of simply handing everything over. It's free to use at Town Hall level 7, and other farms can hire it for two weeks. I'm curious how players will balance letting the assistant handle routine tasks while keeping control of their own farm strategy. Here's what matters most 👇 ----------------------------------------------------- 🛠️ A Major UI Refresh Pixels received a big quality-of-life update, bringing improvements to the backpack, quests, chat, map zoom, and more. Several community-built features also went live, making everyday gameplay smoother. ✨ A movable backpack with easier access to game pages and avatars. 📖 A redesigned quest log showing active quests, completed quests, and remaining steps. 💬 Resizable chat with built-in emoji support. 📊 A progress bar for tracking stash progress. 🎥 Hide the HUD and zoom in or out directly in-game. Great for capturing clean gameplay footage! ----------------------------------------------------- 🧭 New Industry Tracker & Search Managing crafting and energy just got easier with a new industry interface built by community members. It brings useful tracking and search tools together, helping players find what they need without jumping between different lands. ⚡ Track bonus energy from houses, pools, and sauna rocks. ⏳ Check crafting timers and see which items are ready to collect. 🔎 Search for recipes and find lands with the required crafting stations. 🏡 House pools now include NFT house pools, with access limited to eligible landowners and guild members. 🏠 House skills are now enabled too! ----------------------------------------------------- 🛳️ Merchant Ships & Bookmarks Improvements More quality-of-life changes make navigating and crafting less of a hassle. ⭐ Favorite crafting recipes to keep them at the top of your list. 📍 Bookmarks now make navigating between saved lands easier, especially if you have a long list. 🛍️ Merchant Ships received a cleaner, easier-to-use interface. ----------------------------------------------------- 🎃 Halloween Event: Rotten Beach This year's Halloween event takes a different approach, with giant eyeballs, creepy sounds, whack-a-monster, crop harvesting, and sabotage all mixed together. The event combines several familiar gameplay ideas, but the community has found creative ways to maximize points. Some players are even focusing on red eyeballs to optimize their progress! 👁️ The event's difficulty and duration depend partly on how players interact with its mechanics. 🌱 Tide beds are limited, making competition and sabotage part of the experience. 📱 Whack-a-monster is fun, but playing it on a vertical mobile screen can be challenging. 💭 Feedback on the event's balance, duration, and minigames remains important. ----------------------------------------------------- 🎁 Gulletmaw Rewards & Spec Skin Vote There are more reasons to participate in the Halloween event than just personal milestones. Feeding Gullet Ma earns points and Brine Pearls, which can be spent on exclusive event-store decorations. The stream also highlighted a community poll to decide how players can qualify for a special spec skin. 🗳️ The three proposed options were: 🔸 Feed 500 additional points after the poll closes. 🔸 Finish among the overall top 100 feeders. 🔸 Finish among the top 100 rotters. 🏆 The leaderboard's top player can win a Gullet Ma decoration identical in appearance to the event monster, complete with an animated chewing effect. 👀 The eyeball avatar is a global reward, so players who can't grind heavily should still consider contributing around 20 points to Gullet Ma to qualify for the global reward. 💎 Brine Pearls are worth collecting, too. They unlock event-exclusive decorations, while the new slabs are expected to become available in the decor store after the event. ----------------------------------------------------- 🧪 Community Contributions Matter One of the biggest takeaways from this update is how much community-built work is becoming part of Pixels. Several new tools were created by community members, with additional adjustments made to integrate them into the game. 🛠️ Players can suggest features through the Community Hub. 💡 Industry tracking and search tools can help players manage their crafting and land timers. 🤝 Community contributions continue to improve the everyday gameplay experience. ----------------------------------------------------- ⚖️ Economy & Balance Changes The update also included economy and balance adjustments. Know when your animals need feeding instead of constantly checking the game. 🏠 Focused on something else? Get alerted when village storage is full, so you know income has stopped accruing. 🏗️ Waiting for an upgrade? You'll know when construction finishes without checking manually. 🔔 Click the bell icon in the top-right corner, connect your Telegram, then send /start command in the "Farming Season" bot and it will track your farm automatically and you're all set. (Watch the video for full setup steps) You can get notifications for: 🌱 Harvests ready in your fields or orchard 🐄 Animals getting hungry or at risk of dying 🏠 Village storage becoming full 🏗️ Construction or upgrades finishing The best part? You can customize which notifications you receive by turning individual options on or off. You can also check upcoming notifications from the bell menu. 🌙 Quiet hours run from 11 PM to 8 AM, but urgent animal starvation warnings can still come through. 🌾 Quick energy saving tip for Farming Season! @farmingseasonio If you're harvesting and planting crops one by one, you might be using more energy than you need to! We all have a daily energy limit of 100, or 120 if you're an NFT holder, so every bit counts. 👀 💡 Here's a little trick I use: Instead of harvesting and planting each plot individually, open Fields from the bottom menu and click "Harvest all" or "Plant all". When you select "Plant All" you need to pick the desired seed from the menu as I show in my video. 🌱 Harvesting costs 2 energy. 🌱 Planting costs 2 energy. That's just 4 energy per plot for both tasks! Small things like this can help you manage your daily energy better.
