We really need to stop thinking these professional pretenders know anything about politics, or basically real life.
Ryan Reynolds says ’80s nostalgia “paves over all the trauma” of the “tumultuous” decade: “The 80s was a brutal, brutal time for people. It was a fucking mess and people forget that. It was a tremendous strife. Socio political tensions everywhere. We were still pretty fresh off a Cuban missile crisis, which was only 15-20 years before. It’s a tumultuous period, but you look back at it now and you’re like, ‘Oh, yeah. ‘Top Gun.’ Cocaine!’ Like, ‘No!’ It was really scary.” In Apple TV’s “Mayday,” Reynolds stars as a U.S. Navy pilot who builds an unlikely friendship with an eccentric ex-KGB agent (Kenneth Branagh) obsessed with ’80s American culture. wp.me/pc8uak-1lHH16

Checkmate.
Enes Kanter Freedom single handedly dismantled every argument retards had for men in women’s sports by declaring for the WNBA draft. Legendary moment. More athletes need to expose the retards like this. Well done.

To the Americans: I've travelled all over the world. I've familiarized myself with many places, and met many people. And I'm a Canadian, although I’m privileged to reside once again in the States. And here's something I've noticed, and it’s a key element of America's continuing greatness: You bloody Americans value success, and you believe in its existence. This is something that doesn't really happen anywhere else in the world. Even in other free democracies—the United Kingdom; Finland, Sweden, and Norway; Australia, New Zealand and Canada; Germany, France, and the Netherlands (great countries all)—a counterproductive cynicism too often reigns. Success is equated with exploitation. Ambition is looked upon with contempt. This happens sometimes in the United States too—particularly among the miserable progressives, who confuse their resentment, ingratitude and unearned skepticism with wisdom. But in your great country, by and large, striving is admired and success celebrated. This means that more people strive and succeed in the US than anywhere else. And it's increasingly obvious. You remain stunningly more innovative and productive than any people anywhere else on the planet. And so I say, as all should who are fortunate enough to live in the western world, let alone America: Thank God for the United States. Thank God for the wisdom of its founders. Thank God for its faith in the free market and in the natural rights of man. Happy birthday, you damn Yankees and Southerners. Long may your admirable country dominate the world. Long may your freedom and hope provide an example to those suffering everywhere at the hands of their malevolent states. May your two and a half centuries of unparallelled success be just the beginning. Your country is the light of the world, and the city on the hill. Thank God for the USA. Happy 250th. Dr. Jordan B. Peterson

I truly believe I live in the greatest country on Earth. If you don’t love it, leave it. It’s really that simple. To every patriot who loves this country like I do, to every American who loves their freedoms and liberties, to every person who wouldn’t dream of living anywhere else, enjoy the Fourth, enjoy the 250th birthday of this country, and enjoy the fact that we have a President who is one of us; a Patriot in Chief. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Hugs, Zeek

“Blacks” aren’t doing this trend. Low class, low IQ, fatherless, ghetto hood rats are doing this trend.

There have been over 1.4 million total 10-game spans by players in NBA history, including playoffs. In none of them did a player have as many points, rebounds and assists as Nikola Jokić during the @nuggets' current 10-game winning streak (252 points, 145 rebounds, 127 assists).

Nikola Jokic is on the verge of something the NBA has never seen 👀 With 3 games left, he leads the league in BOTH rebounds and assists per game 🤯 No player in NBA history has ever led both categories… even across different seasons.

Not only MVP, Jokic is a top 10 player of all time even with just one ring. The fact that Jokic isn’t considered to be a unanimous MVP this season and that Jokic should definitely have had more MVP awards than he currently does , demonstrates that it’s all a shameless circus.

Today we recognize Vietnam War Veterans Day. These men and women were sent to serve in the Vietnam War and came home without the welcome they earned. Vietnam veterans embody quiet courage, carrying burdens seen and unseen long after their service ended. They did not serve for recognition. They served because America called. To dad and every Vietnam veteran, welcome home. We will never forget. Thank you for your service.
