So let me get this straight… A $16B-ish Paramount/Skydance suddenly musters a $108.4B ALL-CASH hostile bid to nuke Netflix’s already-signed deal for Warner Bros Discovery. And the money magically comes from: - Larry Ellison (Oracle billionaire, one of the richest men on earth) - Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds (Saudi, Qatar, Abu Dhabi) - Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners - A web of private capital nobody voted for and nobody regulates All of this… to seize CNN, HBO, DC, Warner Bros, one of the most powerful media machines on the planet… right after Trump says the Netflix deal “could be a problem.” You’re watching a $16B company act as a glove puppet for oligarchs, foreign governments, and political power players to hijack U.S. media under the label of a “free market transaction.” If this isn’t legalized corruption, what is? But sure… tell me again how the “market is efficient” and none of this is coordinated. We are witnessing a takeover of information, not a takeover of a studio. $PSKY $WBD $NFLX

🚨 $OPEN Army, Here’s the harsh reality I’ve ran into over the last few months: - I’ve talked to plenty of realtors across different markets, due to how high of conviction I have in this company. - Every single one, without exception, described Opendoor as “lowballers,” “scammers,” or “predatory flippers.” - Their clients never even get to evaluate Opendoor’s products because the agent blocks it upstream. - This narrative isn’t built on data, spreads, or actual offer history. It’s built on realtor incentives and misinformation. - This is a choke point bigger than mortgage rates, inventory, or macro. If @Opendoor wants true national penetration, this realtor-driven perception wall has to be addressed. Us investors see you’ve already steered very clear of how your business used to function, but the people competing with you in the same industry clearly haven’t. I know the main thing is time, but in what other ways does the team plan to lift this stigma that keeps sellers from ever seeing the products you offer? cc: @nejatian @morganb @rabois @fahdananta @kianejatian

🚨 $OPEN ARMY, Everyone keeps asking if Opendoor already got its Wall-Street “re-rate” as an AI/Software company. No. Not even close. The truth is that this is still a cash-burning, low-margin house-flipper to be brutally honest. This is still the pregame… A real re-rate only happens when the financials start reflecting the AI overhaul: faster turns, lower friction costs, tighter spreads, and real margin expansion. Right now, we’re still very early. The story is priced in, not the execution yet. The 4–8× revenue multiple that I keep seeing all over X doesn’t unlock until the AI workflows show up in the P&L. We’re not there yet. But if the work they’ve been shipping actually converts into margins? That’s when the re-rate happens, and us investors reach Valhalla. We’re already watching the execution play out in real time. Stop bitching about the stock price and understand what we want to see happen is going to take a long time.

🚨 $OPEN ARMY Can someone make me look stupid for being confused by this: 👇 I just watched 2.3m shares get dumped at once, $6.95 down to $6.63, 10 minutes before market closed… And the second the market closed, 26.25m shares were bought, price moved from $6.72 up to $6.74. How?

🚨 $OPEN INVESTORS, Historically, the companies that nuke a bloated headcount, and can automate core workflows with AI/software ( $META, $SHOP, $TSLA, etc) are the ones whose margins exploded… The playbook is the same every time: – Cut bloated headcount – Move the costliest workflows onto software/AI – Shrink holding times + errors – Lower CAC – Scale volume without scaling costs That’s how margins flip. And we’re witnessing this shift in real-time at @Opendoor right now…👇
Being AI first means being able to safely and quickly connect agents and MCPs to our data. In the last few days we’ve built MCPs for our google ads data, search engine optimization data and marketing metrics. Smooth is fast. Runlayer unlocks this for us.

Hey Brandon, here's what I shared with the team earlier today - sharing a version here too. Here’s where we're taking Opendoor marketing in 2026 (tl;dr we're rebooting the franchise): We're resetting our brand story to champion homeownership and the people who make our communities work. Not just moves, but owning. The pride, stability, and equity that come with it. This is a shift from "making moves easier" to standing with homeowners, the backbone of our neighborhoods. Near term, we're laser-focused on sellers: making it clear that an Opendoor offer is the smart first step to selling your home. Free, transparent, competitive, yours in 24 hours. Like a Carfax exists for every used car, every home being sold should have an Opendoor offer and every seller should know what that is, regardless of the path they ultimately choose. Knowing where you stand before you make a decision is valuable information every homeowner deserves. We're doing this from the bottom up with an immediate focus of marketing dollars on true sellers (people actively in the market) so our spend works effectively. But we must also build mental availability AND shift perception. We need to move people from thinking "Opendoor is a home flipper" to "Opendoor is the trusted, modern way to manage homeownership." It's not just awareness. It's improved positioning and value prop. So when a life event or transition happens Opendoor is in the consideration set for all sellers. It's not today, and that's the gap we need to close. We're also elevating our marketing from a focus on the transaction to the moment behind it. There's a freedom to move that comes with Opendoor. That unlocks progress in life. We want people to see themselves in our marketing and feel the possibility that comes with clarity, certainty, and control over your biggest asset. On social media specifically, we want to talk to potential home sellers early: get into their consideration set before the urgency hits. We'll use each platform to its strengths and audience as the very top of the funnel. But our top priority is ensuring we have a great converting funnel from offer to close, and then we can pour gas on that fire. No point scaling the top if the middle doesn't convert. Here's the truth: our business model IS our brand. We make money when the process is faster and simpler for you, not longer and more expensive. That's not marketing, that's just how we're built. We're operationalizing our entire business and cost structure to make competitive offers on great homes for people who want certainty and speed. We win when homeowners win. We want to talk to homeowners like humans, with respect for their assets, their life, and their intelligence. No jargon, no games, no gotchas. Clear options, fair value, transparent process. And we want to put our customers at the front of our story. They're the ones who matter, and we want to celebrate their progress, their decisions, their lives moving forward. We'll know we're successful when more people consider and trust Opendoor as a real option, when we reach more sellers with Opendoor offers, and when more people choose Opendoor and refer it to their friends. We have an awareness and consideration gap, people know the name but don't trust it as a solution for them. We can win immediately with life changes in the extraordinary but we ultimately want to be a viable option for all sellers who value certainty, clarity, and control. And this is just the beginning. There's a bigger opportunity: partnering with homeowners over the life of their journey, making it easier to buy, sell, and own. Tilting the world in favor of homeowners because they're the people who make our communities work, and they deserve a system that works better for them. We'll be sure to share everything we ship and the progress we make at accountable.opendoor.com and I hope to share some new creative directions here on X as we develop them over the coming weeks.
