Which nutrients? Compared to what? I am a fan of high quality animal protein but buzzwords like “nutrient dense” get spewed all the time and no one actually gives objective data Because you only care about buzzwords
Conventional beef, chicken and turkey are still some of the most nutrient-dense protein sources on the planet.

Yea so that’s cool other than the fact that they are… you know FUCKING BEARS and all I’m ready for the aliens. I don’t want to live on this planet anymore 🤣😭
Hibernating brown bears have roughly double the cholesterol and triglycerides of healthy humans—yet show no atherosclerosis or heart disease. During winter hibernation, free-ranging brown bears (Ursus arctos) experience plasma cholesterol levels around 12 mmol/L (versus ~5 mmol/L in humans) and elevated triglycerides, along with obesity, physical inactivity for months, and other metabolic stressors that would typically promote vascular disease in humans. Histopathology of coronary arteries and aortic arches from adult bears has repeatedly shown no fatty streaks, foam cell infiltration, inflammation, or atherosclerotic lesions—even in animals that have lived through multiple hibernation cycles. Key protective mechanisms identified in research include: • LDL particles that are larger and have 5–10× lower affinity for arterial proteoglycans (the binding that helps drive plaque formation in humans) • Higher plasma cholesterol efflux capacity • Stabilized or more cardioprotective HDL composition (including increased HDL2b) • Greater antioxidant capacity and reduced inflammatory/oxidative markers during hibernation These findings come from multiple studies on Scandinavian brown bears, including work in Scientific Reports, the Journal of Lipid Research, and related papers. The takeaway is straightforward: high circulating cholesterol and triglycerides do not automatically produce atherosclerosis. Context—lipoprotein structure, function, inflammatory status, and overall metabolic handling—matters. Bears offer a natural model of high lipids without the expected vascular damage.

Yes of course I want attention. I’m just not willing to lie or do performative bullshit to get it. Trust me, I could get a lot more views if I had no morals
Replying to @BioLayne
Sure but objectively every time you post on here its for attention. You have become an influencer so you are no different. Ever heard of the pot and the kettle?

Most people have no clue who disingenuous these crazies are. When you are ‘behind the curtain’ you truly understand that social media has basically given people with severe personality disorders a way to make shit loads of money and get tons of attention

Honestly I used to think you were kinda overreacting to these people, but as I’ve had to suffer through seeing them nonstop on my timeline - you may have been under reacting if that’s even a thing

Dude flying first class having himself filmed drinking honey. I can’t deal with this crap anymore
People think I’m crazy… Not just for chugging honey daily, but for how I travel in general. Idk if you’ve seen the reactions to me bringing coconuts through security.. 😅 But let me say this… When you’re on the go without preparation, this is where it’s most likely for us to get tripped up. You’re hungry and your only options are airport McDonald’s, Starbucks, or seed oil soaked bar food… BRUTAL. For me, I’m just not taking that risk. Why? My health is my #1 priority. Feeling great is my #1 priority. Mental clarity is my #1 priority Sleeping well is my #1 priority. I love the work I do. I love helping people heal themselves through diet. I love educating about how to live optimally. For that, I need to be sharp every single day, no excuses. I love surfing, being in nature, moving my body, and having endless energy. I love feeling my absolute best. Adequately fueling my body to continue doing these things. It’s a non-negotiable. I will never sacrifice how I perform and feel for a quick treat. I mean it when I say I haven’t had a cookie or slice of pizza in over 10 years. Let me be clear… I do understand I am on the extreme end here 😂 but I think knowledge is power, and so many people are suffering today with chronic illness, obesity, diabetes, bloating, fatigue, low energy, brain fog and bad sleep. Being INTENTIONAL about your diet is, in my opinion, the SINGLE most powerful lever you can pull to reverse all of these things. So call me crazy all you want, but I’ll take crazy for daily mental clarity, focus, energy, and a life lived to the fullest. Eat like a human. This is how you thrive.

Please provide citations to support these claims Don’t worry Gary, I’ll wait…
Cold water at the end of your shower is not a wellness trend. Within seconds of cold exposure: - Norepinephrine rises up to 300% above baseline - Dopamine spikes higher than most stimulants without the crash - Brown fat activates and burns calories as heat - HRV improves with consistent use over weeks 20 seconds. That is all it takes to start.

Please show me which studies do not show a reduction in mortality with vegetable consumption
Replying to @BioLayne @grok
Grok overstates the protective side: Some studies associate cruciferous vegetables with lower cancer risk, but human results are mixed. Saying sulforaphane explains definite protection goes beyond the evidence.

Hi @grok since people don’t want to believe me, why don’t you tell them how much bullshit this claim is 🙂
Brussels sprouts alone carry 136 identified human carcinogens. Your kid spitting them out isn't being difficult. 🎥: @anthony_chaffee

Brussels sprouts do not carry 136 identified human carcinogens. This exaggerates research on trace natural plant compounds tested as rodent carcinogens in high-dose studies, while cruciferous vegetables are associated with protective effects against cancer. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2217210/ cancer.org/cancer/risk-pr… lpi.oregonstate.edu/research-insid…

This is one of the dumbest takes I’ve ever seen
Gym bros have deluded themselves into thinking muscular obesity isn't a thing. For some reason they think they are immune to BMI, as if the heart just arbitrarily doesn't have to work at all to maintain muscle tissue unlike fat.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
High muscle mass does not carry obesity-level heart risks like excess fat; studies link higher lean mass to lower cardiovascular mortality. Hi my research was sponsored by -The Egg Nutrition Center -The National Dairy Council -The National Cattleman’s Beef Association Why do we make this a binary choice? I’m a fan of high quality protein sources. Also, vegetables are great These are not binary choices. Why are you presenting them as such?
I used to eat salads for lunch. Now I eat ground beef and eggs. The difference is obvious. MAHA
