The scandal of the day is several Jewish families buying houses from Arabs near Jericho despite Palestinian law treating the sale of land to Jews as treason. I'm confused: if Israel is "stealing" Arab homes, then why did these Jews have to buy them and didn't just "steal" them?

US is cooked
Another tech CEO gets it on datacenter locality. This time $ARM CEO @renehaas237. He nails it. The US doesn’t have a labor or even time to build advantage and can we built outside the US. Most companies planned to build here to appease the administration, the promise to remove barriers, and in a few cases, latency. Put the barriers up and these will get built outside the US. And all the manufacturing jobs and taxes with it. FAFO.

What goals would those be? To not enter Rafah?

Wow how remarkable that they just completely deceive their voters and then throw their votes in the trash by doing the opposite to what they promised in order to get ppl to vote for them. More corrupt than a mafia. And for some reason you cream your pants over this

You act like they weren't trying to retaliate all along

If the Americans stop demanding us to conduct war on THEIR terms (excessive prevention of "civilian" collateral damage), we will require far fewer weapons. Torah war, not western war.

Bibi just won the most votes of any party (by far), showing his immense popularity& u sit there like an entitled retard demanding his exclusion from the ruling coalition. Do u think u have the right to disenfranchise all those voters just because u have Bibi Derangement syndrome?

You call it war mongering and occupation, but nearly the entire Israeli Jewish public supported the war on Gaza, supported Bibi's efforts against Iran & Hezbollah (which fired missiles at northern Israel largely unanswered for nearly a year starting Oct 8 2023).

What ridiculous propaganda. A national unity government won't be viewed or treated any differently. Neither by the American President, congress, nor by the haters of Israel. Muh bibi! They will pin the war criminal tag onto the next guy, even if he's your dreamed of centrist cuck

"actual pogroms" in west bank- because when I use the word actual then it makes these imagined events totally real bro. They seem too stupid to realize that by using the "actual" qualifier here they also imply that nazi crimes weren't as big a deal.

So much wrong w/ this & such perplexing gibberish talk to go w/ it. They claim the Jews' comparison to kristallnacht is "Offensive to historical victims of Nazi persecution"- Wouldnt that b them? Whom do they mean? &their attack on their businesses surely isn't "offensive" right?

Did Democrats campaign on a promise of an AI ban? Or did they make lots of other promises to take power and then once in power they now want to use it to ban AI? Do they have any mandate for this at all even with their own voters?

We didn't benefit from the AI bubble trade, but we will suffer from its explosion. Cheers to biotech

“That’s complete BS,” said Jeff Leiden, executive chairman of Vertex Pharmaceuticals , recalling a recent conversation with a tech leader who claimed AI would cure 90% of human disease in the next seven years. Vertex has used roughly 50 AI companies to comb through its data set of 10,000 drug compounds, Leiden said. Not one managed to generate a working drug. wsj.com/tech/ai/silicon-vall…

My ilk? Jeezus dude. Incumbent parties lose midterm elections routinely. There can be any number of reasons why. People have suggested: the Iran war, gas prices, AI taking jobs... You say being big meanies to illegals did it. Uh ok, I think the former sound a lot more likely
