It killed me when we traded McNair to the Ravens....then Jurrell Casey to the Broncos, then AJ and KB to the Eagles... Big Jeff is the cornerstone and heart of the @Titans and the face of the franchise. Personally, it will make me sick if we trade him.
@GrindSimmons94 #TitanUp
I’m so sick of this. “Yeah let’s trade Big Jeff for a 2027 mid-late 1st where we may or may not be able to get a player that’s almost as good as him.”
We DO NOT need to continue shipping off our core pieces. We aren’t as far away from being a good team as our record indicates. We’ve competed in 4 of our 6 losses where if a few this went differently in those games our record looks much better. This team is young and needs these core guys around.
Y’all are too obsessed with draft picks when you have a bonafide All-Pro, Top 3 DT in the league. Why should we move him??

Come on @PaulKuharskyNFL engage. Seriously... I find you to be a good media member. However, you are a media member who does shit like call Titans dysfunctional for releasing a player who went for a gun or weaponizes instances like this. I don't think these instances make you a bad media member.
My question is do you deep down think this is fair hearing what he said in full!?

The heart and soul of the team right here! @GrindSimmons94

Our Titans rookie power rankings see a change after Week 7, sparking a mild hope in what was otherwise a dour defensive showing.
Anthony Hill Jr. takes the top spot.

Ask me this question again closer to the end of the season or after it's over and I'll be glad to weigh in!
Someone in our LIVE Chat asked us who we would Draft, if it was held today. Best player available? Or position of biggest need? @BitFantasyTITAN weighs in.

We can’t. Don’t let the Twitter world get to you. Giving up on him would be dumb and irrational. I’ve had to stop reading Twitter during games because I feel like I’m going insane.
He hasn’t been good, but with how bad the team has been as a whole the negativity has became so loud that every bad throw is hyper analyzed to the point where one bad throw erases the good.
He was good yesterday outside the interception (and bellinger miss that he immediately made up for). There was a reason he was #4 graded PFF QB this week. Some massive third down completions. The drive that got stuffed on the goal line was the most efficient I’ve seen from him all season. He scored on the QB sneak and the staff didn’t even think to challenge it. He had some big drops later (Tate+wandale) that could’ve kept drives alive. Not to mention the Tate fumble on a big first down later.
He had a clutch game tying drive and his defense immediately let him down, just like the Philly game. We scored 24 points, gave up 500 yards to the Browns and you still have hundreds on here putting all the blame on the young quarterback. That should show you the bias that so many have online when it comes to evaluating Cam.
There are some positives no one is pointing out - such as his turnover rate. (Hilarious one of the criticisms I saw yesterday is how he is turning the ball over at an “alarming rate”) He has 5 turnovers all year (a little better than middle of the pack in the NFL) 2 of those being tipped balls, while at this point last year he had 10. He had 5 fumbles lost through 7 games last year, this year he has 0. Not to mention he has the #1 WR drop rate in the NFL, which I’m sure a bunch of people will blame Cam for how he throws the football.
There is so much nuance in this discussion but the easiest thing for everyone to do is blame the quarterback who is on his 5th offensive coordinator in 5 seasons. The only stat that is down 7 weeks in compared to last year is passing yards & a big reason is time of possession is down quite a bit - long sustained drives from our opponents killing the clock especially in the first half of games.
Cam was a different QB 2nd half of the season last year as he got comfortable in the new offense, let’s see how he looks 2nd half of this season.

The Titans receivers continue to struggle with drops. This has to improve.

Cam Ward isn't the Titan biggest problem. The Browns offense dog walked the Titans up and down the field on Sunday. #TitanUp
