I bought reformer pro. I can’t add it to a track in Reaper and it doesn’t appear to be in the list of plugins. Tried re-installing, rescanning plugins etc…

Trying to upgrade from trial there is an error on checkout when I try and pay. Customer support said someone would contact me. 3 days later no one has. This seems broken
