Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and trade[XYZ] have announced their plan to use Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US traders across crypto, equities, commodities, foreign exchange, and other real-world assets, subject to regulatory approvals. ICE operates NYSE and some of the largest exchanges and clearing houses globally.
In this structure:
+ Hyperliquid serves as the underlying technology infrastructure via HIP-3*
+ trade[XYZ] designs and implements the markets
+ ICE operates the regulated market and clearing structure
Existing trade[XYZ] HIP-3 markets will remain unchanged.
Hyperliquid is a neutral infrastructure layer with the goal of supporting large parts of the financial system. As with HIP-3, HIP-3* deployers are independent operators who use Hyperliquid as the onchain infrastructure layer for their own markets, while retaining control and responsibility over their deployment.
trade[XYZ] and ICE, owner of the New York Stock Exchange, are joining forces to bring 24/7 perpetual futures on Hyperliquid to the United States.
In just over a year, our markets on Hyperliquid have surpassed $650 billion in volume. They provide continuous price discovery for stocks, indices, and commodities, and have become trusted reference points for retail and institutions alike when traditional markets are closed. Much of the world trades them. Until now, Americans could only watch.
We intend to change that. Subject to CFTC approval, trade[XYZ] and ICE plan to establish a new, dedicated U.S. market, with novel exchange and clearing infrastructure built on Hyperliquid. Planned contracts span equities, indices, commodities, FX, and crypto, with access through participating brokers and platforms. We’ll share more on products, eligibility, and timing as approvals progress.
ICE brings more than 25 years of experience operating regulated markets, clearing, and managing risk. trade[XYZ] brings the product development, market design, and technology behind the most liquid and robust markets on Hyperliquid.
Innovation and the protections of U.S. regulation shouldn’t be a trade-off. Together, we plan to prove it.

🇨🇳 FTX-level v Číně: Platforma Jieworui v Shenzhenu zmrazila aktiva zákazníků v hodnotě přibližně 1,9 miliard dolarů (některé zdroje uvádějí více), čímž zablokovala výběry a dodávky fyzických kovů.
Platforma umožňovala investorům spekulovat na ceny zlata s vysokou pákou (až 40x), kde si uživatelé mohli "zamknout" ceny pro budoucí dodávky zlata s minimálním vkladem.
Po mnoha žádostech o výběr fyzického zlata neměla platforma dostatečnou likviditu a tak zmrazila účty.
Majitel Zhang Zhiteng nabízí kompenzaci jen 20 % původního kapitálu (nebo 40 % v splátkách).
I platformy mají svůj run. Self-custody je základ.

Today, the European Union nearly banned your right to privacy. It was set to vote on a law that would force apps to scan every private message, turning everyone’s phone into a spying tool.
France led the push for this authoritarian law. Both former and current Interior Ministers, Bruno Retailleau and Laurent Nuñez, supported it. Last March, they declared that police should see French citizens’ private messages. The Republicans and Macron’s Renaissance group voted for it.
Such measures are supposed to “fight crime”, but their real target is regular people. It wouldn’t stop criminals — they could just use VPNs or special websites to hide. Officials’ and police messages wouldn’t be scanned either, since the law conveniently exempts them from surveillance. Only YOU — ordinary citizens — would face the danger of your private messages and photos being compromised.
Today, we defended privacy: Germany’s sudden stand saved our rights. But freedoms are still threatened. While French leaders push for total access to private messages, the basic rights of French people — and all Europeans — remain in danger.

Damage control attempts by Binance continue. The masses have woken up to how they operate.
Claiming to offer a refund for probably 20x less than what they scammed from users during the crash / wicks they caused.
Nothing short of refunding everyone fully during that period is fair but we all know they'd never do that.

Binance just reminded everyone who really runs this market,
this crash wasn’t about trump, tariffs, or macro, that was noise,
the real story happened inside the books:
One market maker, you definitely know, moved $700M to Binance hours before the crash, 200M of that was in $BTC.
Few noticed.
Then, as traditional markets bled, crypto started following, but something was off
the order books on Binance went hollow. No bids, no walls, just a free fall waiting to happen.

Altcoin mcap excluding the top 10 went from $300B to $163B and lost nearly $133 billion in 45 minutes, that 45% crash in Total mcap.
This was not a panic selling, this was pure manipulation by CEXs/MMs or a major issue in the system with all those cross-margin products and shit.
Worst part, there will be no accountability for millions of lives destroyed by this “Error ”.
