Congratulations to @DavidSacks for being named the first “Crypto Czar”. Here’s our Bitcoin First policy wishlist for the Trump Administration.
1. Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.
2. No tax on Bitcoin.
3. Guarantee the right to self-custody.
4. No KYC for Bitcoin.
5. Limit SEC actions to fraud cases only.
6. Allow banks to custody and lend Bitcoin.
7. Bitcoin ETF in-kind deposits & withdrawals.
8. Clear stablecoin regulations.
9. Clear DeFi regulations.
10. Encourage US Bitcoin mining.

$100,000 Bitcoin, what a milestone!
.@tomyoungjr on $MSTR’s 55,000 BTC purchase over the weekend. While it was smaller than many expected, it was still a monster buy.
