Do NOT use @Allstate as your insurance. Their employees love to retaliate on their customers and screw them over after they've had a tragedy in their home. I can't believe you employ people like Sheena Harrel to help with peoples claims

@Allstate on top of that, when we filed a complaint we were under the impression that they switched us adjusters when they didn't. She has been our adjuster this whole time. I bet she's laughing in her office because a family has to suffer.

@Allstate do better when hiring and retaining your employees. That whole department is just watching out for each other instead in their customers. DO NOT GET ALLSTATE and if you have them reconsider.
