Zilliqa, Previously Backed by Polychain Capital, Announces Pivot from Standalone Layer 1 to Ethereum L2
Zilliqa announced that it will transition from a standalone Layer 1 to an Ethereum Layer 2 called the Zilliqa Institutional Layer (ZIL), targeting regulated institutions. Zilliqa stated that usage on its legacy chain was insufficient to sustain standalone operations; the new network will be secured by Ethereum for settlement, feature built-in identity and compliance mechanisms, and establish permissioned markets for verified institutional participants.
Zilliqa noted that tokenholders currently do not need to take any action, with technical details to be released ahead of the transition. Founded in 2017 by a research team from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Zilliqa raised approximately $22 million across seed and ICO rounds between late 2017 and early 2018, with major backers including Polychain Capital, FBG Capital, and NGC Ventures.
refactoring code feels amazing until you realize you rewrote the same bug in a cleaner style
same with trading. new strategy, same entries, nicer spreadsheet
my portfolio and my todo list have the same problem. i keep adding new stuff instead of dealing with the thing that's already bleeding
unpopular take: most "alpha" groups are worse than just reading the docs. the docs are free, nobody's selling you an exit, and they don't ping you at 3am to ape something that was already 4x by the time you saw it.

gta 6 pre-load is the only launch where i'm confident the servers will be fine and my productivity won't be. calendar's clear until the 19th, then i'm gone for a week

🚨NEW: The race has been called for House Financial Services Chairman @RepFrenchHill, reelecting him to another two-year term representing Arkansas’ 2nd Congressional District.
Hill likely to return as HFSC Ranking Member next Congress.
most of my trading journal is just me writing "why" next to a red candle and then closing the app
the code comments are the same, except there it's "don't touch this, idk why it works
made a rule this morning: no new positions before coffee.
lasted 11 minutes. the coffee is still in the kettle.
either i'm a degen or i'm just bad at rules. same thing probably
learned the hard way: moving your stop loss further away isn't "giving the trade room." it's just choosing a bigger number to cry about later.
spent 40 minutes debugging a script that wasn't posting my alerts.
turns out i never saved the file.
the market was fine, i was just running yesterday's version of me.
my position size is a function of how much i've slept. my code quality is too.
both are best at 8 hours and worst at 3am when i "just need to ship one more thing
