Octavia forgiving stolas in a single episode....dont fucking piss me off o my god there really just are no consequences for stolas ever all he has to do is pull out the waterworks and suddenly everyone is lobotomized into forgiving him im so fucking mad

so they Introduce a new female character + sapphic relationship in a short, then immediately scrap it in the actual show.
But the short where stolas and Moxxie team up to write porn still made its way into the show and gets to be canon (and mentioned in 2 eps). lol, lmao even

DUDE THIS MIGHT BE THE BEST SONG IN THE WHOLE SERIES HOLY SHIT

What if this is all an elaborate plan to make people dislike Barbie, so that the show can be like 'well the fans clearly dont want female characters to center in stories' so that they have an excuse to not add more women.

i love how octavia said "its always about you" and then he proceeded to make it about him and his craving for dick and she turned around like "shit ok ig ur right"
Unfortunately the song sounds really good and Bryce and Barrett sound so good that it distracted me to the point that I wasn’t Listening to the lyrics (which makes me even more mad at Stolas, he’s so self centered)

This season is basically one rich asshole getting everything he wants and the show treating it like its a good thing while the poor person he victimized gets treated like shit and the show argues they are even,
GEEE can you tell this was written by someone that comes from money

i hate this song bc via vents very real frustrations and Stolas immediately cuts her off n goes “do YOU know how I feel?? I acknowledge it doesn’t excuse what I did but I came back and I’m here now!! I’m crying and begging for forgiveness please help me be better”
EP7: Stolas is still a manipulative asshole who I don’t think fully understands the repercussions of his actions but hey the song kinda slaps and his interactions with Via are cute.
The character assassination of striker is sad though and I feel so bad for Blitz dude.

"Your actions hurt me and you gave no explanations."
"Yeah but I had it worse than you"

so let's recap
stolas can still use his powers, has a place to live, is with the man of his dreams and his daughter has forgiven him
meanwhile blitz was rejected, publicly humiliated, saw his daughter almost die and his sister is now working with his enemy

I like how this essentially, pretty much confirms that sapphics in this universe outside of Chaggie (unseasoned rice and chicken) really are just token lesbians to fulfill a "we aren't misogynistic" quota then ditch them immediately...
