On Monday @Southfive told me, “Dude, bring warm clothing for Maine, I’m just saying.” And I said, “Yeah, thanks mom… it’ll be fine…” Alas, it is not fine.

The senate race in Maine feels pretty low energy. Even lower energy than Ohio, and much lower than Minnesota, Michigan, or Texas.

Hey david. Black turnout in Dallas was 28.8% which was about 8% below 2022 but has declined steadily each day This uses 0.5 mile census block VAP black shares from the 2024 census file set. Unless trends reverse Dallas will have the lowest black share since 2014 xitter.cf/TonerousHyus/status/21…

We finally have comprehensive Day 2 IPEV stats (Tuesday, 10/20) in from Texas. 58 counties had more in person votes cast Tuesday than on Monday. 57 of them were carried by Trump. Bexar County (San Antonio) is the only Harris-won county on the list. It made it by default of a low Monday turnout and it probably surpassed it because of the northern portions of the county in TX23 (Republican) based on similar Democrat population turnout performance Tuesday. Currently, Bexar ranks 152nd out of 254 counties for its share of the 2024 presidential vote count already cast, and 145th for its share of 2022 TX Gov votes cast. Not what a blue wave wants to see when Harris, Dallas, Bexar, and Travis need to be leading the pack.

The goal of the ad is to sway MAGA voters who are skeptical of Vivek, and it might achieve that.
President Trump strongly defends Vivek Ramaswamy’s ad featuring Amy Acton’s estranged mom. Trump: “That took a lot of courage to do but, essentially, what she was really doing was saving Ohio from making a truly horrible choice! The Press is trying to convince everyone that this Ad is bad, because it’s so good! Who wouldn’t use such an Ad? I would, it’s called, ‘hitting pay dirt.’”

This polling situation is a hairs-breadth away from becoming a major, major scandal.
Our investigation into allegations of data fabrication at the firm SoCal Strategies, and an alleged association with the admittedly fraudulent firm Wedgewood Polls, has resulted in the pollster wiping itself from the face of the earth. Full story at 50+1: blog.fiftyplusone.news/p/mor…

FASCINATING WATCH: @RealJamesWoods speaks with @FoxNews Digital and reporter @CarlyMayberry about his next chapter walking the path of the poet. I've also thought deeply about the point he makes: the world celebrates warriors and poets, and he now walks the path of poet. But clearly with a biting tongue. We all have these choices to make and he proves that in a lifetime we can choose many paths as long as we have a growth mindset. And the warrior spirit can flow through the poet and the creator too. Woods has been a strong and leading voice recognizing the threat that I have investigated for 24 years: the growing power of the red-green alliance of Leftists and Islamists and their assault on the world. Even in the midst of that reporting, I think constantly about the good that can defeat evil, destruction and the bad ideas of hardcore leftism and Islamism. Thank you, Carly, for giving us a window into James Woods' complex brain.
WATCH. @RealJamesWoods tells me in a @FoxNews Digital interview that he has entered his “second act." Woods is now writing songs, telling stories, celebrating art and releasing a 3rd album, “The Killer’s Wife,” that has quite a story. READ my story here: foxnews.com/media/james-wood…

Earlier this month, I went back to my home state of Michigan and spoke with 20 undecided voters about the issues driving the midterm elections, their views on Donald Trump, and the Senate race between Mike Rogers and Abdul El-Sayed. They’re frustrated with rising costs and the president. But for many, that frustration hasn’t translated into support for El-Sayed. Here's what they told me... 🧵 city-journal.org/article/det…

Early voting line in Knoxville. It’s been this way all week. Unprecedentedly heavy for a midterm. They ran out of “I Voted” stickers yesterday.

It’s a very good ad, and it’s notable how often it features the old state flag, a very contentious issue in Minnesota.
I was born in St Cloud, MN. Unrecognizable today from what I remember 40 years ago. Great ad. Hope he wins it!

"Michigan elections are won at the margins, and the voters who decide them are working-class conservatives who agree with us but don't have a habit of voting. A TV ad won't get them there. A neighbor knocking on their door, looking them in the eye, and personally inviting them to the polls will." foxnews.com/opinion/david-ma…
