We had four great student reps in Kyla, Cruz, Antonio, and Elise at the “Stop the Hate in Athletics” forum held in Perrysburg this morning. These student leaders along with their counterparts from other schools will be at the forefront of creating a better tomorrow. @sls_super

Success comes with the realization that there is no finish line. It’s a daily climb, a journey & it never ends. Sometimes it’s a tough, gritty, harsh journey, but it’s always reachable. Choose not to allow excuses or bad habits to keep you from your journey. Stay disciplined!

Know this secret: extra work will always be OPTIONAL. Whether it’s HS/College/Pro, no one is going to hold your hand to make you get better. It’s on you. You have to want to be great more than others want it for you. Take responsibility for yourself, your game, your improvement!

One of the most powerful, underrated attributes of a great teammate is an ability to express unwavering belief in another teammate. That level of leadership separates you from other players. There's something special about teammates who have each other's backs & communicate it!
