I Returned to The Golden Age of Gaming youtu.be/SOisrL6rdx4?is=COpv… via @YouTube Awesome video and opinion handled, @BlueThunderReal! Thank you so much for making this video game documentary video on “The Golden Age of Gaming”! In my completely honest unpopular opinion, the best era in gaming is the one where I’m currently in because I can enjoy both retro and modern single player video games whenever wherever I want all thanks to the Steam Deck (and very soon with the Steam Machine 2.0)! So whenever I get bored of playing new modern games, I just play some old retro games! And whenever I get bored of playing old games, I’ll go back to playing new modern games again!

I'm really starting to loathe this performative hatred any time someone dares praise a game's visuals

The amount of detail in Wolverine's character model is truly impressive. You can see individual pores on his face and individual grains of leather on the suits.

One of the final bosses of Doom The Dark Ages DLC is basically a souls-like fight and it's awesome. Here's the full fight in 5K Ultrawide

A message from id
a statement with the following words: A Message from id Thank you all for the support this week.  While our studio was impacted, those changes were spread across teams. We still have the crew we need to build the games and tech we're known for. The team today is about the same size we were when making Doom 2016. We have always had a flat studio where everyone is a maker, and we will remain true to that philosophy moving forward.  We are focused on supporting each other and the team members impacted. We’re going to keep building the great games and tech that have defined us for the past 35 years, and we’re looking forward to seeing you at QuakeCon this August.

I can’t stand when the younger generation tries to hate on Lil Wayne. Trust me, your favorite rapper in their prime, especially in this day and age, could NEVER amount to Lil Wayne in his prime. He had one of the most successful generational runs EVER. Too many hits to even count
