just found some money i completely forgot about a decent chance you have crypto sitting somewhere you forgot existed: hiddenfunds.xyz/ from pending bridge claims, uncollected staking, forgotten rewards, and funds stranded on dead chains etc

a note about weekends on hyperliquid. most weekends on hyperliquid see a small window of semi-scheduled maintenance, usually but not always saturday afternoon east asian time. these windows present systemic challenges to papertrade by consequence of hypercore block production briefly halting, and the short "post only" period across their books that follows. due to this, there are two things to know. the first is that we will be progressively lowering the leverage and OI caps available on papertrade from up to 60 minutes before the window begins, and will not be processing any trades after the upgrade at all until such a time as the "post only" period is over, and we can confirm the books are live once more. finally, since the oracle will remain stale for some of this period, should off-chain prices deviate too far from our last recorded mid price such that the exchange faces systemic losses on either our ETH or BTC markets, it is possible we may have to freeze one or both of the markets. once frozen, a markets oracle price is locked, forever, and will stop updating with the hyperliquid books. traders with positions in such a market are free to close them out at their leisure at the last recorded BBO price before the freeze. we do not anticipate this will ever be necessary to trigger, and we are working with the hyperliquid team in order to try and improve the experience during exchange downtime in the future.

we compared paperstrategy to the 100 biggest delta-neutral PAPER farmers of the last 48h. we minted the 3rd most PAPER of all of them, 29.7M in 48h. the only two that minted more paid 12% and 29% more per PAPER than we did. nobody farming at our size did it cheaper.

Loss farming has already put early minters well ahead. Two things drove it: 1) PAPER supply was small at the start, and 2) large realized losses flowed to those first stakers. However, as aggressive loss farming gives way to delta-neutral farming, protocol revenue (traders’ net losses) falls, and so does the effective price of minting PAPER relative to a real loss. To illustrate, since PAPER is minted on losses (about 37 PAPER per $1 at today’s rate): 1. Pure loss farming: a $200K loss mints about 7.2M PAPER, and about $198K goes to stakers or tops up the pool. 2. Delta-neutral farming: the $200K lost on one leg mints the same 7.2M PAPER, but the winning leg takes most of it back, so the protocol keeps only about $27K. That’s why, while minting PAPER should now cost about 2.7x what it did at launch, what stakers actually receive for each new PAPER has fallen, to about $2 per 1,000 new PAPER since the rush from nearly $5 during it. Adjusted for inflation, each staked PAPER now earns about 98% less per hour than during the rush. The planned increase in the pool cap from $5M to $10M will cut staker payouts further. This is not to say staked PAPER won’t keep earning decent yields, but the extremely fast paybacks are over, and with them the reason to rush in and farm PAPER through pure losses. Anything you do now should be purely delta neutral, ideally on lowish leverage so you can close on bigger moves and avoid the insane haircuts.
Final thing before it’s time to get started: the report mostly assumes normal trading, not people losing on purpose. A loss rush pays PAPER holders far more, since almost every dollar lost reaches stakers instead of going back to winners, so even pure loss farming could be profitable if you expect one. Still, hedging will always give you higher return (it will just make it harder to put on size).

We are excited to announce that Qube Research & Technologies (QRT), the global multi-strategy investment manager, has backed and endorsed the institutional-grade infrastructure we are building for a market shifting toward digital assets. "The digital asset industry is undergoing a broader institutionalization, with professional trading firms and asset managers demanding higher standards around execution, control and operational resilience. We believe tread.fi is helping define that next generation of infrastructure through an institutional-grade, self-hosted platform that allows firms to retain control of their trading workflows and data while accessing an increasingly fragmented liquidity landscape. Our investment reflects our conviction in the team, the product and the long-term evolution of digital asset market structure." Read more about it on Bloomberg Terminal blinks.bloomberg.com/news/st…

.@tread_fi feels like a breath of fresh air in the airdrop meta. Jumper is launching yet another points program after 3 years, now tied to perp DEXs. OpenSea has been dragging TGE for 5+ years. Most other perp DEXs either stall TGE or shut down. Most other projects either airdrop themselves or run a token sale. TreadFi is actually going to TGE and doing an airdrop I'm not setting crazy FDV targets. The perp DEX meta isn't hot right now and all the attention is on memecoins. Still, respect to the team: they didn't abandon the idea, didn't stall TGE, and didn't die like their competitors. Reminder: TreadFi was the first project that integrated MM bots into perp DEXs. After that a bunch of copycats showed up - Flowbot, Mithril, NeutraFi - saying it was cheaper to trade through them than through TreadFi. Where are they now? I'll already be happy if the point is worth $1-2 so I can recoup the cost of spinning volume on perp DEXs. I used this bot to automate farming across Nado, Extended, Pacifica, and TradeXYZ. Whatever I get from TreadFi is a bonus. Originally I wasn't even thinking about a TreadFi airdrop. I was farming the perp DEX airdrops I'm planning to hold part of the airdrop toward $100-200m FDV. There are more potential integrations ahead and I want to keep trading through them: QFEX, Variational S2, Entropy, TxFlow, and others if they get integrated into TreadFi by then Reminder on token utility, more details after TGE. Holding $TREAD can cut fees by up to 80%, which makes automated point farming on perp DEXs much more efficient. Holding TREAD also gets you rewards from partner perp DEXs: points, airdrops, rebates, campaigns. Those rewards go into Tread Vault and get distributed to people who actually traded through TreadFi and saved fees by holding TREAD If you plan to keep trading perps, including MM and DN bots through AI agents, and farming points on those venues, think about holding TREAD. I'm planning to keep 50% of the airdrop specifically to keep farming points on other perp DEXs Short thesis: a bull market is still ahead. TreadFi has revenue and a product people actually use. Crypto is not only memecoins. When the rotation comes, liquidity will flow back into perp DEXs and the products built around them. My longer-term target on TREAD is $100-200m FDV. At TGE, I plan to sell 50% at any FDV. Some of that goes back into spinning volume on perp DEXs, some I just take as payment for the work. The rest I hold to the targets above. NFA ofc
