Everything’s lining up for an absolutely epic period in crypto 1) buying infrastructure mature (including Bitcoin ETFs) 2) persistent inflation 3) improving macro liquidity 4) Bitcoin halving 5) anti-woke backlash 6) early crypto users now have money 7) stock market overvalued

Wow. The BC socialist-loving electorate - who hate jobs and love homeless drug zombies and the land-back agenda - have just fired their local Justin Trudeau clone, David Eby.

This Trudeau-calibre moron just announced plans to raise BC’s top marginal tax rate to become the fourth highest on planet earth.
Thank you, Victoria. Let's keep building BC strong, together.

BC’s Justin Trudeau has announced a de facto property tax penalty on second homes that results in a 4x property tax burden. Should do wonders for new supply!
Today in Burnaby I committed to turning more empty condos into homes people can afford. Our housing plan is working. Home prices are falling faster in B.C. than anywhere else in Canada, rents have dropped 26 months in a row, and the speculation and vacancy tax has turned 20,000 empty units into homes. But too many finished condos are still sitting empty or unsold. So we'll raise the speculation and vacancy tax by one point and bring in a new Unsold Condo Tax on finished condos left empty for more than a year, climbing every year they sit. That could unlock up to 5,000 homes for British Columbians. The conservative parties have opposed nearly every measure we've taken on housing. They'd rip up the plan and hand the market back to the speculators. With Trump's trade war driving up costs, we have to keep pushing yours down. That's how we build B.C. strong. 🇨🇦

Just watch the Vancouver electorate deliver another BC election victory to charmless Trudeau-style economic vandal David Eby. No amount of failure is too much for the average Vancouver voter.

One of the only business leaders in Canada who values telling the truth over currying favour with the Government
Making trade deals with EU is good for Canada. Anything beyond that is just anchoring ourselves to a block who’s economic ambitions aren’t much higher than being an “open air museum”. And anyways, we need fewer layers of bureaucracy, not more.

Trump has been such a disappointment; - Opens up infinity Art of the Deal high pressure trade conflicts, settling none - Opens up the Iran war; fails to close - Makes most of the world hate the USA - Totally overshadows major wins on securing the border and anti-woke agenda

Do AI, go gulag
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Senator Bernie Sanders introduces bill to permanently ban AI that exceeds human intelligence. Violators would face up to 20 years in prison.

Unification of the US and Canada makes an incredible amount of sense from a defence and economic perspective. Alas, Trump is doing it all wrong and has set back this fringe (yet sensible) idea another 100 years.

Remember when Bill Clinton said “diversity is our greatest strength”, kicking off the woke movement? Oops!

Not really a Mark Cuban fan, but this guy Ro Khanna is seriously demented. Must be a performance - no one “smart” could be this dumb.
Ro, that’s insane. You want the state to loan money to the founder, who will then immediately give it back to the state as a wealth tax ? Meaning the state has not received any incremental receipts? What’s the point of that ? Unless of course you want the gov to own shares (something I thought you criticized) and possibly have control, of companies who underperformed, (or the funding market changed), and couldn’t pay back their loans over those 10 years ? And I’m sure the investors in those companies will be thrilled about their new partners. That will make for interesting board meetings. “Today’s first topic is trying to figure out how to motivate the founder(s). They just lost $250m of their shares in the company they founded, to the state of California. Anyone got any ideas ? “ But at least it’s amazing for state’s brand. “Cali, You make it. We take it !” Come on Ro. Ideology is not a strategy. @GavinNewsom

Dear commie-curious: what happens when “the people” seize the means of production? Well, the party bosses get plenty of luxurious perks. In turn, there is no middle class and everyone else is dirt poor. The newly dirt poor have no mechanism to replace the party bosses. Enjoy!

FIFA’s No-Governance scandal is so bad it’s hard to even understand how it got to this place. That Infantino hasn’t yet resigned shows how bad the organizational rot is. He needs to go or there needs to be a replacement for FIFA.

Given FIFA’s history of egregious corruption, it was INSANE for FIFA’s President to embark on a secret one-man project to sell a major interest in the WORLD CUP without any proper governance oversight, no competitive tender process, combined with coercive financial threats. Wild.
Statement attributable to the FIFA President The FIFA Forward Enterprise project was intended to provide a basis for further strengthening our FIFA Member Associations and our sport worldwide, especially in those countries where support is most needed. And more so, as we said from the outset, to do this only if a majority of the FIFA Member Associations were in support and always subject to a consultation process with them, the FIFA Council, the Confederations and wider stakeholders. Having listened carefully to all the views, it has become clear that the project has created divisions of a nature that, regardless of the level of support, are no longer in the interest of the objective set out in the first place. Our purpose has always been - and will always be - to unite and improve. As a result, this proposal will not proceed. Moving forward, my intent is to bring all interested parties back together in the coming days and weeks in the spirit of shared interest in our game, and with the objective to continue growing football everywhere, particularly in those countries that mostly need our support.

Smart
The Czech Republic has approved a law that criminalizes the promotion of communist ideology. Since January 1, 2026, it has been law that anyone who creates, supports, or disseminates communist movements may face 1 to 5 years in prison.

Canada better start raking those 850 million forest acres…
BREAKING: President Trump threatens to increase tariffs on Canada due to "willful negligence" resulting in forest fires that are polluting air across the US.

A modest proposal. Those who blast videos and calls on speaker in public should receive immediate electroshock feedback.

You know the drill by now: go woke, go broke
Unreal numbers 👀⚡️ "JPMorgan estimates that, had Germany not phased out nuclear power, the country would have generated 50% less electricity from fossil fuels and 84% less electricity from natural gas in 2024. Electricity prices in Germany would have been around 25% lower, and the country would have imported half as much electricity.."
