There's millions of people who want to irresponsibly vote for Trump to "send a message" and then get liberals to protect them from the bad things Trump tries to do.
These idiots' lesson from 2016 is the libs will always protect them. But this time, we won't.
It's so unfortunate that the 1 person who is single-handedly responsible for putting Trump in power keeps having bad things happen to him. Maybe he shouldn't have done that.
It'll never stop being funny to me that the most terrifying thing an 18 year old can imagine is the concept of aging.
Meanwhile, none of us aged adults would ever want to go back to the absolute hell of being 18 again.
" if you want to be independently wealthy in 5 years..."
Yes kids, as an adult you do in fact need to show up to work for more than 5 years.
Americans think of themselves as temporarily embarrassed billionaires.
harsh truth with personal finance:
if you make $500k/yr (objectively a high-earner) and live frugally, you still are only gonna be able to invest ~$200k-$300k of it.
taxes knock out 30%+ depending on where you live.
if you tithe, that's another 10%.
then maybe you live on $80k-$100k (only ~20% of your gross income).
you'll still do fine if you're looking at 20-30 years. but if you want to be independently wealth in 5 years or 10, you either need to increase income or have a sellable asset.
Biden wins in '24 if he just doesn't do that 1 stupid debate.
All his handlers were insane for having an 80 year old fly from Europe to a west coast fundraiser and then back to the east coast for marathon cramming sessions. In old days they'd commit sepuku for such negligence.
Airbnb was a psy-op to trick millennials into paying the landlords mortgage while also do all the landlords cleaning and home maintenance.
And I'm glad Gen Z is killing it.
Trump was on a roll with doing evil up until his ICE goons shot 2 white people in the street. His base was willing to go along with anything, but the red line was watching unarmed white people bleed out with a government goon standing over them.
Every generation rebels against the previous.
Example: Millennials defined themselves as educated optimistic critical thinkers
So Gen Z rebeled by becoming gullible cynics who love sociopaths
DFW is a city designed for 40 year old parents. The people raging against Dallas are actually those who see their youth imminently dying and raging against the future that awaits them.
A major reason people aren't having kids like their parents did is because leaving my kids unsupervised as often as your parents did will result in a CPS investigation today.
apologies if this is super naive but just asking bc im curious. is there anything different about raising a kid now in 2026 versus in the 80s that warrants them needing more supervision? like when my dad was like 8 he'd wander around the city alone most of the time. i'm asking bc when i have kids, i dont want to have to supervise them 24/7. i feel like that's very demanding on parents. why cant independent play be more of then norm? is it a cultural thing? or is the world more dangerous now than it used to be?
The entire MAGA base is socially right economically left.
They love farm bailouts, PPP small business handouts, Trump stimulus checks, and more than anything their Medicare and Social Security entitlements.
Trump himself is running a $2 trillion deficit, he's economically left.
That was the psy op.
Has any 1 of the hundred million Democrats ever done something unfair to you? Well, gotta vote Trump.
Has any of the hundred million Republicans done something unfair to you? Forget about it he doesn't matter. He's just a rube we tricked into voting Trump.
Replying to @Blueelectron4
I've seen some interviews kind of like man on the street stuff with some of these kids. And I mean I'm sorry but you can't help but go:
Oh wow!! You thought the Austrian painter was the good guy because a kid yelled at you in Discord?
It really is wild how social media convinced Gen Z to commit sepuku in 2024 against all logic and reason.
We spent 10 years trying to tell you dumbasses this. But you spent the entire time shouting us down on podcasts and hundreds of millions of dollars of political ads.
And here we are. You dumb fuck.
There no such thing as a low tax state. It's all a shell game of how the state gets its tax money.
Why? Because everywhere needs to pay for the same police, fire, schools, roads, utilities.
Sure there may be no income tax, but the money has to come from you somehow.
TEXAS MIGHT BE THE BIGGEST FINANCIAL TRAP IN AMERICA...
Moved there thinking I was escaping high-tax states. No state income tax. Wide open spaces. Low cost of living. Everyone made it sound like I’d finally get to keep every dollar I earned.
Then came the property tax bill. Then the homeowners insurance spike because of grid failures and hail storms. Then the toll roads, the high utility bills, and every other hidden fee that somehow costs more than New York.
You save money on state income taxes, but a single property tax assessment or insurance renewal wipes out three years of savings in one check.
At this point, Texas isn’t "cheap." It’s just an expensive state with a better marketing team and a bigger toll booth.
PEOPLE KEEP BRAGGING ABOUT NO INCOME TAX, BUT HOW MUCH OF YOUR PAYCHECK IS ACTUALLY LEFT AFTER THE STATE TAKES IT BACK THROUGH THE BACK DOOR? 🤨
