We’re proud to have @KSHonorFlight back on our No. 89 Chevy this weekend at @ItsBristolBaby 🇺🇸🛩️ We’ve carried their logo with us throughout the years, but for this race, we wanted to give them a special spot on the car and help bring some extra attention to the work they do honoring Kansas veterans. Kansas Honor Flight gives eligible Kansas veterans of World War II, Korea and Vietnam an all-expenses-paid journey to Washington, D.C., to visit the memorials built in their honor. It’s an incredible way to recognize the men and women who sacrificed so much for our country. It’s an honor to carry a little piece of Kansas with us to the Last Great Colosseum and to have Kansas Honor Flight along for the ride. Thank you to everyone who makes Kansas Honor Flight possible and most importantly, thank you to our veterans. 🇺🇸

Iowa Race Recap 👊 Great weekend at Iowa Speedway with @RiseRacing89 We were 20th in practice and qualified 19th. After qualifying, we found a rub on the right front tire that needed to be fixed for safety. Because it was considered an unapproved adjustment, we had to give up our starting spot and drop to the rear of the 33-car field. From there, we went to work. We battled our way up to 16th and brought the car home in one piece. It may not have been our best finish position-wise, but I honestly feel like it was one of the best races I’ve driven all year. We had to be patient, pick our battles and make smart decisions throughout the race. To come from the back and finish 16th in a stacked field was a solid night for our small team. Huge thank you to everyone at Rise Racing for all the work they put in and to every sponsor, partner, friend, family member and fan who continues to support us. Most importantly, I thank God for continuing to open doors and make these opportunities possible.
