Classic gay rights activism: Decriminalize homosexuality, end employment discrimination, allow consenting gay adults to marry, and ask for tolerance.
Current LGBTQ+ activism: Redefine woman and invade women’s spaces, sterilize/mutilate confused minors, spread dangerous gender/political ideology, and demand compliance.
The first was an actual civil rights expansion. The second is a deranged leftist political and ideological assault on the sane.

I’m voting for Republicans in November because, in my view, the alternative is far, far worse.
I’m not voting for them because I think they’ve done a good job.
I’m not voting for them because they’ve made my life better.
And I’m certainly not voting for them as some kind of reward.
Quite frankly, they don’t deserve my vote. They haven’t done a damn thing to earn it.
But at this point, my vote is the only power I have, so I’m going to use it and vote for what I believe is the better of two choices.

If you think Carney’s job is to get Ottawa the best deal with the United States, you have the assignment wrong. The fight is not first about lumber or autos. It is about whether Canada stays locked to London’s orbit or treats the U.S. as the customer that actually pays the bills.
@sjkokinda laid this out. Carney is not there to close a CUSMA reset. He is there to keep Canada aligned with the City and the Crown network of London that wants Trump contained. Listen to the breakdown before you treat this as a normal trade spat as there are many issues at play than simply what we are seeing on the surface.

Democrats are not concerned whether people can vote or not, they are concerned with whether they can get away with cheating or not. That's the only thing that caused an outrage from the left when it came to mail in ballot/restrictions.
