It was CORPORATE who decided that your company ādid enoughā. Iāve been calling WEEKLY since April. My CHILDREN were in the car after your company serviced my car improperly not once, but thrice!
Do NOT allow @FirestoneTires @Bridgestone to touch your car! Iām STILL having car issues and they have REFUSED to acknowledge me since the 2nd time their shotty work almost caused an accident! Iām disgusted by their lack of customer care and negligence!
@FirestoneTires @Bridgestone feels that the case that was open since April has been rectified since they fixed the carā¦but 11 DAYS after they āfixedā the car, while driving with my children once again my brakes went out!!! They wonāt even give me a courtesy call. No apology!
So @FirestoneTires @Bridgestone maxed out my credit card with them. $3,000 to fix Calipers and less than a year later with my 2 year old and 11 year old in the car my breaks went. I almost got into an accident. They reused my clips and didnāt grease my brakes. They wonāt call me.
